Oregon Governor Kate Brown has cancelled the proficiency standards for reading, writing and math from high school graduation requirements in Oregon.
The governor’s office says “suspending the reading, writing and math proficiency requirements … will benefit “Oregon’s Black, Latino, Latina, Latinx, Indigenous, Asian, Pacific Islander, Tribal, and students of color.”
In essence, the students of color are not smart enough to learn reading, writing or math – so they shouldn’t be expected to read, write or understand mathematics.
How racist can one person be? This is as bad as saying that people of color are too stupid to get/keep an ID so that they can vote.
Everything the government touches is now rigged.
People working with the census data have reported that 10% to 20% of the questions on the census were not filled in. These included questions about how many people actually lived in a household. Statisticians have had to fill in the gaps. That’s not how a census is supposed to work.
Many Americans no longer trust their government. I wonder why.
Welcome to government-run healthcare.
The VA recently indicated that the VA now has a backlog of 20 million appointments. 20 million? How is this possible with all the money the VA gets?
Into whose pockets are all the money going?
The COVID “vaccines” are still listed as experimental. The Geneva Conventions ban the forced experimentation on people with experimental therapies.
Despite this the Defense secretary is moving to require all service members to be injected with the COVID vaccine by September 15. This comes amid growing mountains of evidence about serious side effects from being jabbed.
Austin would make Joseph Mengele proud.
What would Dems have done if Trump defied SCOTUS — like Biden just did?
Extending an eviction moratorium that the Supreme Court enjoined over its likelihood to consider it unconstitutional was a desperation move by Democrats looking to buy votes in next year’s elections.
Of course, Democrats would have gone apeshit if a Republican president tried that. When PDJT was President, he went back to the drawing board if the courts said “No.” Not Biden. He chooses to just ignore SCOTUS.
Ed Morrissey noted, “Everyone involved in this latest illegal extension of CDC’s already-deficient moratorium has acted in bad faith. The Supreme Court should make that clear ASAP in order to force Congress and the White House to act within their constitutional authority and return to actual governance rather than responsibility-evading punts.”
I wonder what the chance of that happening is?
