Once again, the Biden/Obama DOJ is trying to prevent sunlight from reaching the depths of criminality within the DOJ and the FBI. PDJT’s lawyers have asked for a special master to be appointed to review the material stolen from Mar-a-Lago by the FBI under the auspices of an illegal and unconstitutional warrant. The DOJ is opposed. Why?
Mike Davis went on Steve Bannon’s War Room and trashed the political arguments made by the administration. Davis cited constitutional law, legal precedent and the actual motive of the DOJ and the FBI in their actions. This is a good video to watch for three minutes.
All of these actions by the DOJ, et al, are designed to sway the court of public opinion that PDJT should be indicted. It would not be surprising if Biden tries to lay out the ground work for such an action in his speech on Thursday in Philadelphia. The great unifier will be angry, divisive, creepy and non-sensical as usual.
Based on the law and precedent as outlined by Davis, there is no case. However, that is not the point of this exercise by the Democrats. The Democrats have fundamentally transformed themselves from a party of the people to a party representing moneyed interests. Those moneyed interests need to accomplish several things.
First, they need to blunt PDJT’s ability to rally true Americans to the cause of saving America from the coup that has taken place. An indictment will seem to some to be a sign of criminal activity.
Second, the Left will continue to harass PDJT in the hopes that he will not run in 2024.
Third, obstruction of justice is the fall back crime when no other crime exists. PDJT will be accused of this to smear him in the public eye. The DOJ and the FBI are the ones actually obstructing justice.
Fourth, they need news headlines to continually distract the public from the absolutely horrific economy that has resulted from this administration’s attempts to collapse the economy.
Let’s remember there are trillions of dollars at stake. The Democrats will try to accomplish this BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. And the Republicans who are part of the UniParty will stand back and do nothing.
Sunlight is the key to stopping this nonsense. The truth needs to be spread far and wide.
