Just when one thinks that the Left could not stoop any lower, along comes something else to prove otherwise. George Orwell’s 1984 is alive and well on the Left. The Democrats have been piling on ridiculous claim after ridiculous claim through their Soviet-style “impeachment inquiry.”

Now Pope Francis has decided to get in on the act. It is well known that Pope Francis does not particularly care for PDJT and his style of dealing with people. The Pope turned the facts upside down with comments made to other Jesuits during a trip to Thailand.

Media bias in 2019 is more flagrant and destructive than in 2016. And 2016 saw outright bias in the media like we in America had rarely if ever seen before. 24/7 it is literally “Orange Man Bad” reporting. Surveys of reporting in the MSM show that 92% of the reporting on PDJT is negative. This highly negative reporting is about a President who, at this point in his Presidency, has done more for the American people than the last four Presidents did over their entire Presidencies combined.

Where are the positive stories about this?

Critics of the media who call out this obvious bias, are often mocked or dismissed. The media try to make perfectly sane people with a valid theory or gripe look like they are crazy or some kind of right-wing conspiracy nuts. We have seen this over and over again in interviews in the MSM with Trump defenders.

Jake Tapper is notorious for doing this. There’s simply no way that every person Tapper interviews who supports PDJT deserves to be mocked and treated like a criminal. On the other side of coin, does every person who opposes PDJT deserve softball questions and to be treated with kid gloves?

WaPo Derangement

The MSM is becoming more and more exposed as being obviously biased against law-abiding citizens who believe in this country, who believe in life and liberty, and for those who would plot the country’s destruction.

The most recent example of this was WaPo’s handling of the al-Baghdadi death. WaPo exposed itself as being biased against anyone who values human life and for someone who beheaded thousands of people who would not ascribe to his particular beliefs.

Stealing Is Not OK

Recently a young woman was arrested on the campus of UNC Chapel Hill for allegedly punching a pro-life advocate. Now there has been a second arrest after another young woman stole a pro-life sign.

And the woman was incredulous that she would be arrested for stealing a pro-life sign. She does not seem to comprehend that you can’t just take someone else’s property simply because you don’t like their worldview.

A Beating Heart

Democrats and those on the extreme left (I realize I am being redundant here) have been moving more and more towards expanding laws that allow the killing of children. Earlier this year the leftist-dominated NY State legislature passed a law to cheers and applause that allowed a child to be killed up to the moment of birth.

The NY Governor celebrated that new law by lighting state sites pink. Black or blood red would have been a more appropriate color.

Value of Life

Governor Matt Bevin of Kentucky responds to a question implying that his position on the value of children’s lives and gun control are hypocritical. The questioner was referring to the Parkland HS shooting.

His response hits the nail on the head about the problems existing in this country around the value of life. He accurately points out that reducing media coverage is part of the response needed to help the situation. Governor Bevin calls out the idea that a single law or rule as a solution as “naïve and delusional.”

In this day and age there is clearly an increasingly callous disregard for life. This is evidenced over and over in mass shootings regardless of the reasons behind them. One such event happened in Christchurch, New Zealand recently. It is also evidenced in unrestricted abortion and in denying newborns life-saving medical care.

Baby Killers

The Democrats have signed death warrants for newborn babies if they are “unwanted” or “inconvenient.” And they are proud of this! On Monday the Democrats voted to withhold treatment from newborns if they are born alive despite a woman’s request that the baby be killed in her womb. This is now being referred to as “post birth abortion.” “Post birth abortion???” “Post birth abortion” is an Orwellian oxymoron. An abortion ends a pregnancy. An abortion prevents birth. Once a baby is born, it can no longer be an abortion. It’s infanticide. Let’s call it what it really is…murder!

What’s next? Will a mother be allowed to kill her child legally when he is one week old? How about one month? How about one year? Perhaps it should be ok during the terrible twos? What about the teen years that can be so trying at times?

Party of Death

The Democratic Party has become the party of death. Their moral depravity is on display for all the world to see. They are an embarrassment to civilized society. Even China during its “One Child” days (over 100 million abortions) protected a baby that was born alive. In what has to be the most stunning vote in the history of the US Senate, 44 Democrats voted to allow the killing of babies after their birth. They have truly become the Party of Death.

Three Democrat Senators voted to support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act[Casey (PA), Manchin (WV), and Jones (AL)], all others voted against protecting the babies.

The bill wasn’t about limiting abortion. The bill wasn’t about challenging Roe v. Wade, one of the worst decisions in Supreme Court history. As Senator Sasse (R-Neb) said:

Immigration is the seminal issue of our time. When it comes to immigration, the distance between elite politicians in Washington and the common people is wider than the Grand Canyon.
