Has the media entered into an echo chamber or fantasy land where what they say matters little to most Americans?

Rasmussen and others conduct regular polls on the popularity and support for POTUS. On January 5^th, PDJT’s job approval rating was 47%. Then came the rally to Save America on January 6^th which was followed by some Antifa types and some pro-Trump loonies invading the Capitol building.

Since then, there has been firestorm of coverage from the media denouncing the President, charging sedition, incitement to riot, an attempted coup and calling for his impeachment. The Democrats have obliged by ginning up another false impeachment proceeding. They even managed to convince a small number of Republicans to join them.

As noted yesterday, we are faced with an unprecedented assault on our liberties and freedoms. And the MSM are leading the charge. And they are not going to stop. They put words in people’s mouths to condemn them. They invent narratives to meet their needs. The current “reporting” on January 6^th is a theatrical production designed to oust the President and his followers, to shame people who have done nothing wrong and to end the American republic.

Marty Owen has published a piece over at wnd.com that I will excerpt here. The basic tenet that Owen makes is that one needs to use reason and common sense when evaluating the narratives put forward by the lame-stream media.

COVID Hysteria

COVID hysteria is being built again by the media. And, on cue, the clueless governors are jumping on board to take away the liberties that our ancestors fought and died for.

The MSM and the Democrats need to build the hysteria as a distraction to the mountains of evidence being unearthed (literally in some cases) of voter/election fraud. I will have more on that in the coming weeks. For now, let’s just look carefully at the COVID situation.

One of the things that the Democrats have been doing to downplay the lack of enthusiasm for Joe Biden has been to demonize the Trump rallies. They have spread narratives that these rallies are super-spreader events for COVID-19. Supposedly these rallies are putting the health of Americans at great risk.

A recent analysis of publicly available health data has shown no statistically significant evidence that this is the case. State health officials responsible for maintaining such data concur that COVID-19 numbers cannot be directly tied to campaign rallies. ...

Joe Biden has retired to his basement bunker to “prep” for his upcoming debate on Thursday. Perhaps he is also consulting with his attorneys on how to address the burgeoning scandal involving him and his son Hunter.

I have watched as the media has fallen all over themselves trying desperately to cover up what appears to be the largest selling out of America by a politician in our history. They have attacked the messenger who delivered the information to the NY Post. The NY Post has been frozen out of their Twitter account for six days.

Social Security

A regular exercise that Democrats engage in every four years is to claim that Republicans are going to end Medicare and/or Social Security. This was a big item during the 2000 election campaign of Bush vs Gore. The Bush campaign was talking about privatizing some aspects of Social Security. There never was any intent to end or even reduce Social Security. None of these claims of ending Social Security were true. The Democrats were just trying to scare older citizens into voting Democratic.

In every presidential election cycle since then, the Democrats have hammered at this theme even though absolutely nothing about the Republican platforms have suggested taking away or reducing Social Security and/or Medicare benefits.

It is getting worse. Facebook has stepped up censorship of ads favorable to PDJT even if they are true. The pressure on social media giants from the far left has gotten to the point where ads that use Joe Biden’s words are blocked because they are “missing context.” In other words it is not that the words were not spoken. It is not that the meaning was manipulated. It’s that the entire speech was not shown so people could not possibly understand what Joe Biden meant.

Recently the Biden campaign has been running ads that say that Biden’s plan will not raise taxes on most people. This is a flat out lie. Biden himself said, “If you elect me, your taxes are going to be raised, not cut.” Biden warned that his plan will raise taxes “on all income groups.” ...

When PDJT came down the escalator in June, 2015, and announced his candidacy, he told America why he was doing this. He was unequivocal and has been steadfast about this. PDJT ran for President hoping to give back to the country that had given him and his family so much. Now there are some who would say that this was just political talk. However, as many people have noted PDJT was not a politician. Based on what PDJT has done, I think there is little doubt that he said exactly what he meant.

The Democrats are at it again. Creating a fake news story in the hopes that some ignorant people will actually believe the lies that they and their allies in the media are spreading.

The following is a factual source of information about the USPS. The only attempt to defraud the voters in this country is being done by Democrats who will stop at nothing to win the election. Ballot harvesting that is outlawed in most states because of the potential for fraud, is widespread in some states with Democrats running the show. Unilaterally mailing out ballots to all registered voters is an invitation to fraud. Regardless of how many ballots are mailed, the Post Office is up to the task of delivering on time.
