A Politician Without A Party

Comments Off on A Politician Without A Party

Liz Cheney has re-surfaced.  Like a bad penny, Cheney keeps coming back.  Cheney desperately seeks to be considered relevant.

Cheney is a former Republican politician who was the U.S. representative for Wyoming’s House seat from 2017 to 2023.  Cheney served as chair of the House Republican Conference from 2019 to 2021.

What If?

It is without a doubt that Ron Paul’s candidacy for the President in 2012 laid the groundwork for PDJT’s successful campaign in 2016.  Ron Paul’s candidacy and the success of that candidacy to draw disaffected voters scared the bejeezus out of the Republican hierarchy.  Rules were passed within the RNC to limit Ron Paul’s ability to speak at the convention that year.

White House Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Policy Advisor, Stephen Miller, appears for an interview with Maria Bartiromo.  Mr. Miller is outraged at the latest declassified evidence that shows how the intelligence apparatus was weaponized against Donald Trump 2016 through 2020 and beyond.  The strategy for putting this in front of the American public is becoming clearer.

The Deficit

      Comments Off on The Deficit

The biggest challenge for this administration to wean the government off the ridiculous spending spree that it has been on.  The Biden administration was spending money like the proverbial drunken sailor.  I believe their intent was to collapse the economy so that most people would have to rely on the government for their very existence.

How will this administration rein in the deficit?  Reducing the federal work force will certainly help in that area. There has already been some effect.  When the severance package runs out in September, there should be another dip in federal spending.  Now that the Supreme Court has cleared the way for the Executive branch to begin downsizing the Department of Education, there should be another dip in spending.  Other downsizing efforts should see less problems with moving forward. ...

Rubio vs Margaret Brennan

Comments Off on Rubio vs Margaret Brennan

Margaret Brennan, the face for Face The Nation, faced off against Marco Rubio, our Secretary of State, over the bombing of Iran.  The outcome is an epic broadcast of media bias, dramatic acting by Brennan and a very visible smackdown from a highly competent Rubio.  If this interview was a basketball game, the mercy rule would have been in effect early.

Let’s be reminded that Rubio was a member of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) for years and was also a member of the gang of eight which conducts oversight for intelligence matters.  Brennan attempts to tell Marco Rubio what intelligence assessments are and how they are used.  The result was an absolute embarrassment for the producers of Face The Nation. ...

Kudos

      Comments Off on Kudos

There is little doubt at this point in time that DNI Tulsi Gabbard and Secretary of State Marco Rubio have been the most effective at delivering results for the American people.  Actions speak louder than words and while many on the Trump team talk a good game, the results these two are obtaining outshine the rest of them.

Victor Davis Hanson

Comments Off on Victor Davis Hanson

Conservative scholar and historian Victor Davis Hanson has released a new video in which he talks about the situation in Los Angeles.

Hanson suggests that California Governor Gavin “Brylcreme” Newsom has ‘ruined’ whatever chance he had to be taken seriously as a national candidate. If Newsom is was refusing to act to keep Americans safe from violence in Los Angeles, why would he ever be able to face difficult decisions in the White House.
