Just how concerned is the Deep State with the incoming administration? Based on the disruptive “leaks,” I believe that the Deep State is preparing for an all-out war against Trump 2.0. Anything published in the media about Trump’s nominees needs to be looked at through the prism of who is releasing the narrative. Better late than never. In 2019, three Connecticut girls who participate on high school track teams filed a federal discrimination complaint against a statewide policy on transgender athletes, saying it has cost them top finishes in competitions and possibly college scholarships.

The conservative Christian law firm Alliance Defending Freedom filed the complaint on behalf of Selina Soule and two other minor girls Monday with the U.S. Education Department’s Office for Civil Rights.
