“Make America Pay Again.”
It is not an official campaign slogan for the Biden campaign but it should be. Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, recently told campaign donors that, if elected, he plans to roll back most of PDJT’s tax cuts. Biden said,
“I’m going to get rid of the bulk of Trump’s $2 trillion tax cut. A lot of you may not like that, but I’m going to close loopholes like capital gains and stepped-up basis.”
This is always the Democratic playbook, raising taxes. Biden indicated that he was doing this to help America. Has Biden been holed up in his basement for too long? American families are already struggling after the Chinese Communist Party unleashed a coronavirus that has damaged many businesses. Biden’s handlers are once again scrambling to ameliorate the damage of what Biden said. Well, at least Joe Biden did not call anybody “a lying, dog-faced, pony soldier” during this presser.
Until COVID-19 came along with its ridiculous mandates against the economy, no economy had helped more people from all walks of life. The Trump tax cuts coupled with deregulation had unleashed a roaring economy not seen in this century. The broad unemployment rates hit levels not seen in many decades. The unemployment rates for minorities hit historic lows. The recent bounce as the economy re-opens shows the strength of this administration’s strategy.
Now Biden is announcing that he wants to end this by jacking up all the tax rates. Biden believes that only the government knows best about how to spend your money. This is from a man who has lived on government largesse for many decades.
Biden wants to chase companies out of the country by increasing the corporate tax rate by 33%. This is just after many companies have started to make moves to return their operations here and to re-patriate money made overseas.
A vote for Joe Biden in November means less money in your pocket. Repealing the Trump tax cuts would mean that a typical family of four would pay more than $2,000 in additional taxes. It will mean fewer jobs. It will mean a revised history of the country. It will mean a cancel culture that is unrestrained against anyone who disagrees with the Democrats. Biden seems to think the country is ready for this.
I have a message for Joe. It is very hard to put people back on the plantation once they have tasted what true freedom is. However, I am sure the media will try to help you do just that.
