The suspect in a South Carolina mall shooting in which nine people were wounded has been released under house arrest and ordered to wear an ankle monitor after a judge set a $25,000 surety bond.
The suspect, Jewayne Price, will be allowed to travel from his home to work while he is under house arrest.
How is this possible? How is this right? People who walked through the Capitol on January 6th have languished in the DC Gulag for more than a year without the ability to get out on bail. They have been beaten and tortured. Are there two standards of justice? One for those who are arrested for a violent crime and one for those who disagree with the government?
Has America become a totalitarian country where one is imprisoned indefinitely if one dares to speak out against the government?
