Go back several months and we all heard about the “red wave” coming in November. However, with every election cycle, the pollsters will come out as the clock winds down and release surveys that show the Democrats leading by huge margins or showing a resurgence that would translate into surprising wins on election day. The media will spout these polls as evidence that those on the right are out of touch with the American public. We are just over two months from the election. Has anything changed?
A little history.
In 2020 Biden was supposed to win in a landslide. The support PDJT was showing in campaign rallies was ephemeral and would evaporate once voters stepped into the anonymity of the voting booth. PDJT’s “mean tweets” were going to do him in. What happened? PDJT got 10 million more votes than he did in 2016. PDJT got 7 million more votes than ANY sitting President in history. The only reason that Biden is in the Oval Office once every week or two is due to massive electoral fraud that continues to be exposed day by day, week by week.
In 2016 the polls said there was almost no chance for PDJT to win. In mid-October the NYTimes gave Clinton a 91% chance of winning. Most polls had Clinton 7 to 14 points ahead. The day before the election the NYTimes had Clinton at 92% to win. We all know what happened there. PDJT won by a respectable margin.
In 1980 the country was in the grip of an economic malaise not seen since the Great Depression. According to the polls Reagan was trailing Carter by eight points in polls in mid-October. How did that turn out? Reagan won in a landslide.
Now.
Once again, we are seeing various Democratic propaganda arms claiming that the Dems are not screwed. In fact, some pools are claiming that the Democrats will control Congress after this election. Vanity Fair, The Atlantic and the NYTimes all report growing “evidence “ against a Democratic wipeout.
The Reality.
Only 37% of Americans approve of Joe Biden’s handling of the economy while 70% thought the economy under Biden had worsened. This is supposed to translate into Democratic votes? Most elections in troubled economic times swing toward those who are not in power. Of course, this may depend on who is counting the votes.
Never forget.
- Democrats support policies that have created a resurgence in crime that is unprecedented in this country in almost all of our major cities.
- They are calling parents who oppose the teaching of CRT in school domestic terrorists.
- The Democrats tried to set up a “Disinformation Governance Board” that would define what people were allowed to say.
- The Democrats are planning to hire 87,000 more IRS agents to harass the middle class in states that do not vote Democratic.
- The January 6th Committee continues to demonstrate that the Democrats will use any means available to persecute people with different political views.
- Then there is Biden’s message to the working class…Drop Dead!
- These approaches are supported by all major players in the Democratic Party including Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Jim Clyburn, etc.
How will all this work out?
Well, the goal behind these kinds of media pieces favorable to Democrats is to try to demoralize those who believe in this country and its ideals. In other words, this is a voter suppression tactic. We hear a lot about “voter suppression” from the Democrats. Every time they speak about this, they are projecting onto the opposition that which they are doing themselves.
Never forget the truth. All of the suffering (inflation, vaccine mandates, foreign misadventures, etc.) we are currently experiencing is a direct result of the policies that the Democrats have out in place.
In November, vote like your life depends on it.
