Stormy Daniels’ former attorney, Michael Avenatti, has tweeted from prison accusing a key prosecution witness of lying in the New York hush money trial against former President Donald Trump.
Avenatti tweeted, “Keith Davidson is lying. After I confronted her w/ her own text msgs, Daniels admitted to me in early 2019 that she & Davidson had extorted Trump in Oct. 2016 – it was a shakedown. This was one of the many reasons I fired her as a client in Feb. 2019.”
This is what many people have thought for a long time. The whole thing was an extortion scheme to make money. It is something that many celebrities have to deal with.
Average Americans know the felony indictments against President Trump are fraudulent. They are meant to shift the focus away from how corrupt the Biden Crime Family truly is. Senile Joe is stuck in the mud, spinning his wheels, and going in deeper and deeper. These trials are a message to the average American that you too can be charged and bankrupted by fraudulent charges.
Davidson testified on Thursday about his version of the supposed “hush money” payment Trump allegedly made to Daniels in an effort to keep her from speaking out about their alleged affair.
Davidson told prosecutor Joshua Steinglass that he worked out the “hush money” deal with Trump’s then-lawyer Michael Cohen just days before the election in 2016.
Of course, Daniels has denied several times ever having an affair with PDJT. This included doing so under oath.
Daniels is now saying she recants those statements. Daniels says she was coerced to deny the supposed affair by her attorney who cooked up the original extortion deal.
When the trial opened, David Pecker testified. According to Get Trump crowd, his testimony would lay the foundation for the case against Trump. However, Pecker testified that Trump “had no idea what [he] was talking about” when he asked about reimbursing Michael Cohen for the Stormy payment.
Pecker also said the scheme was devised by him and Michael Cohen–NOT Donald Trump!
There was never a case against PDJT. It was all about trying to keep PDJT off the campaign trail. This is clearly a case of election interference by rogue Democratic prosecutors and judges.
