A judge in California ruled last week that women who were allegedly raped in a women’s prison by a biological man who claims to be transgender must use “she” and “her” pronouns to describe the defendant. This is insane since, in California, rape is a crime that can only be accomplished by a man.
The defendant was allowed to stay in a women’s prison despite his violent past which included coercive oral copulation. This is because of a California law which took effect in 2021 that allows inmates to stay in facilities in accordance with their so-called gender identity.
The mere statement of a trans identity is enough to cause a switch to a female prison under the law. No psych evaluation needs to be done and the individual does not need to be on cross gender hormones.
This is just insane.
The Trump effect is on display in Mexico. The Mexican government is planning to open twenty-five shelters for Mexican citizens deported by the incoming Trump administration. The shelters will be open and functional by Trump’s inauguration on January 20.
The temporary shelters will hold about 500 each. Some will house single men, others will house unaccompanied children, women and family units.
Let’s be reminded that there are some 340,000 missing children who were released by HHS into the country.
Tom Homan, the border czar, has outlined deportation priorities. These include aliens with criminal records, aliens with deportation orders, gang members and national security risks.
New York continues to vie with California to see who can pass the most ridiculous piece of legislation. New York Governor Kathy Hochul signed a $75 billion climate change bill that will fine fossil fuel companies for the damage caused to the environment.
This is just another Marxist bill to attempt to control all aspects of life in New York. People are fleeing California because of the insanity there. New York is not far behind.
Fossil fuel companies will be fined based on the amount of greenhouse gases they released into the atmosphere between 2000 and 2018, to be paid into a Climate Superfund beginning in 2028. It will apply to any company that the New York Department of Environmental Conservation determines is responsible for more than 1 billion tons of global greenhouse gas emissions.
I expect a lot of attorneys to get rich from litigation over this idiocy.
As winter approaches, Big Pharma is rolling up its sleeves to coerce people into rolling up theirs. The latest round of fear-mongering is what some public health officials are calling a quad-demic. This adds norovirus to COVID, the flu and RSV.
The vaccines used for these illnesses have not been shown to be effective or safe. Any effectiveness wanes very quickly and Steve Kirsch still has a $1 million offer to anyone who can prove that the results of a study done on the mRNA vaccine are not correct.
That study detailed that some 600,000+ people in this country died from the side effects of the mRNA “vaccine.” Remember all those “died suddenly” announcements from the past few years?
Of course, all of this is conveniently ignored by certain healthcare officials starting with the late head of the NIH, Dr. Anthony Fauci.
Dr. Robert Hopkins of the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases said, “I don’t want to panic people, but I would say if you haven’t been vaccinated and you’re eligible for vaccination—that means everybody 6 months of age and older—get that COVID shot, get that flu shot.”
There are no safety studies that have been done on the so-called COVID vaccine after the first round of innoculations. There are multiple studies that have shown that repeated dosing with the mRNA “vaccine” actually increases the chances of catching COVID.
