This is an interesting side play. Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has cancelled his planned trip to Saudi Arabia, because he was not a participant in the U.S-Russia discussions which took place in Riyadh. On Sunday, Zelenskyy said that his country would “never” accept a peace deal struck by the United States and Russia if Ukraine was not involved in the talks.
Zelenskyy:
“We want no one to decide anything behind our backs…No decision can be made without Ukraine on how to end the war in Ukraine.”
Let’s be reminded of a couple of things. Zelenskyy does not represent Ukraine. His term as President ended almost a year ago. Zelenskyy has remained in power through the use of martial law. Putin has pointed out that Zelenskyy is an illegitimate President.
Who does Zelenskyy represent? Zelenskyy is the PR face of whoever benefits from the continuance of the war. These people need to drive a wedge between Putin and Trump so that the war will continue. This is who Zelenskyy represents.
Despite Zelenskyy’s protests, the USA delegation was in Riyadh to organize the channels for communication. Organizing the diplomatic process for communication is the first stage in constructing where dialogue can begin. Keep in mind that America and Russia have not had formal communications channels for four years.
The outcome of this process was success. Mutual statements were made to that effect by both the Russian and American delegations. The negotiations will go forward.
While Zelenskyy has been traveling (Germany, Poland, UAE and Turkey) during the last week, drones from Ukraine attacked a pumping station responsible for transporting oil through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC). This is partly a western asset belonging to American energy corporations. As noted by Medvedev: “In 2024, American businesses accounted for over 40% of CPC oil shipments, and together with other Western companies, their total share exceeded 65%.”
Now, let’s think carefully about what the Western control elements behind the Ukraine military operations are doing. And be reminded that Ukraine does not have the training or expertise to accurately aim these weapons that are being used. “They” are, essentially, using U.S. provided military weapons, to target energy infrastructure that is owned by American corporations. So, who are “they”? Would any of those Senators who just visited Zelenskyy be on that list? How about the people shown below?
Zelensky was elected on a “Peace with Russia”-platform, as were the presidents before him.
So, we bribed Zelensky to sacrifice his people as cannon fodder for the Neocon Dream of Empire. That’s why there has been no diplomacy since we reneged on the Minsk Agreements. And we did renege on the Minsk Agreements. The right of self-determination was never provided to the eastern provinces. What the Russian majority population there got was years of terror from the Azov Nazi military unit that was stationed there.
These neocon parasite elites looked on Russia as just another country to loot, just as they have looted America. Now they are cornered. Watch out because a cornered animal is liable to lash out.
