One of the things that Iran does is to spread propaganda about how peaceful they are and that they just want to same things for their people that other countries have. They want the world to believe that they just want to co-exist. The following is a thought exercise about this.
Imagine there was an authoritarian ideology that for over a thousand years of history despised non-members, forced conformity by law, murdered apostates, oppressed women, forced hair coverings, killed gays, married 9-year-old girls, considered rape of non-members perfectly moral, conquered dozens of countries and turned them into authoritarian hell holes, taking over more powerful countries through migration, populating to power, reproducing at rates multiple times average, many lived off government assistance, gathered in large groups to block streets and show off their numbers and power, terrorized native populations with bombings, knifings, turning cars and trucks into weapons, shootings, then once in government outlawing opposing views, murdering protesters en masse.
Imagine them chanting death to your country.
Then imagine politicians in your own country, along with all the western world powers, with nuclear capabilities, opening their borders for them en masse because these zealots tended to vote for them.
Then imagine these western governments hid hundreds of thousands of child rapes by this ideology over 20 years. See the chart below for stats from just one country.
Then imagine these same governments calling you bigoted and putting you in jail if you spoke out about it, claiming that it’s a peaceful ideology, because polling showed that only 51% want domination, and just 25% of members say the violence is justified to achieve it.
Then imagine they started to fill government positions and win major elections.
This is Iran with their cult of ideology that permits no deviation from how they decide the world should run. Men are supreme. Women are chattel. These are the people who have announced that they only need one bomb to wipe Israel off the map. These are the people who believe that anything is justified to bring on the 12th imam.
Radical Islam is against Western values. It’s incompatible with Western values, and we in the West believe that all people should have the right to speak freely and to be able to pursue a happy life. They do not.
