On Friday, Steve Baker was arrested and charged for J6 activities more than three years after the event. Aside from the fake narrative that J6 was an insurrection, why is this arrest and these charges newsworthy?
Apparently the common folk were not to be allowed anywhere near the Capitol Building for Puddin’ Head’s State of the Union address. I wonder why. Nothing screams “tyranny” and “fear” from an illegitimate regime than a security fence around a nation’s Capitol.

On Thursday, the carnival will descend on Washington DC. As with all carnivals, there will be the usual flimflam acts. These are acts designed to deceive the public and pretend that something is true when it is not. And just where will these carnival acts take place? Why, in the US Capitol Building, of course. They will be part of the State of the Union address from the most feeble-minded President in US history.
It continues to amaze that the looney people on the Left can work themselves into an absolute panic over the smallest things that do not go their way. The Supreme Court has agreed to hear the presidential immunity case. The Court announced that there are questions of law that need to be examined.
SCOTUS ruled 9-0 that the Colorado Supreme Court did not have the authority to keep PDJT off Colorado’s primary ballot via Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
According to the Supreme Court, States may only disqualify officeholders or candidates from state office. This power doesn’t extend to federal elections or officers. To quote, “Nothing in the Constitution delegates to the States any power to enforce Section 3 against federal officeholders and candidates.”
The Supreme Court has announced that it will release a single opinion on Monday, March 4, 2024. Since the Colorado primary is on March 5, Super Tuesday, everyone is assuming the Court wants to get the decision out before Tuesday.
Greg Stenstrom and Leah Hoopes, alongside former President Donald Trump, emerged victorious in a high-profile defamation case in Pennsylvania. The lawsuit, known as “SAVAGE VS TRUMP ETAL,” alleged malicious and defamatory statements against the Plaintiff, James Savage, following the 2020 Presidential election. To my knowledge, it is the only “election” case to get to the discovery stage. All other cases were dismissed without prejudice based on procedural issues like standing to bring a case.
