PDJT’s administration has fired Liz Oyer, the head of the U.S. Justice Department’s Office of the Pardon Attorney. Oyer, who had served as the pardon attorney since 2022 in a career Justice Department position, was fired “effective immediately,” according to a memo she shared on LinkedIn. The memo cited Trump’s executive authority under the U.S. Constitution as the basis for her dismissal.

The Supreme Court has stepped in and stayed a district court order for the Trump administration to pay $2 billion in US AID grants that had been paused by Executive Order (XO). This means that the case must be reviewed and adjudicated before any such action can take place.
The Communists Democrats attempted another coup this past Friday. 17 Democratic Attorneys General went to New York to get a judge to freeze Trump appointees out of access to information within their own agencies. The judge issued a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) to do just that. This order is “impermissible” and is a blatant attempt to engage in judicial activism and violate the Article II separation of powers in our Constitution.

As we draw near to the end of a national nightmare, the Biden presidency can only be described as a travesty for the USA and indeed, the world. Biden’s career spanned over 50 years during which time he contributed nothing good of value to this nation. Biden and his family were and are parasites and opportunists. The Communists Democrats with the help of the FBI manuevered the Senate confirmation hearings so that only Pete Hegseth was on the calendar on Tuesday. Originally three such hearings were scheduled but the FBI slow walked the background checks of the other two so that Hegseth was the only one on Tuesday. The idea here was to magnify via the media any slip up by Hegseth when answering the ridiculous questions of some Communist Democratic Senators.
In 25 days PDJT will take the oath of office once again in DC. ON September 18, 2024, Mark Steyn delivered a speech during the Hillsdale College Constitution Day Celebration. In it Steyn outlines the state of the anti-Trump DC court system while contrasted against his own lawsuit in that venue.
Recently PDJT announced a lawsuit against the Des Moines Register and pollster Ann Selzer. The suit alleges consumer fraud and election interference.

Ann Selzer’s Iowa poll showed Trump losing Iowa by three points just 48 hours before the election. Iowa is Trump country. Trump won Iowa by 8 points in 2020. After four years of Biden, of relentless inflation, of ridiculous efforts by the administration to turn the country into a communist state, the GOP voter edge in Iowa grew dramatically. So, how was he losing Iowa, a deep red state, by three points?
