In the first of what is expected to be multiple indictments involved with the attempted coup against the Trump Presidency, Kevin Clinesmith plans to plead guilty to making false statements on an official government document with regard to the final Carter Page FISA renewal.
Technically this is not an indictment. It’s a Criminal Information with no grand jury, which suggests counsel for defendant approached DOJ to structure an agreement. The plea agreement likely also included an agreement for the method of public release. Of course, Clinesmith will be expected to cooperate fully with the FBI and the DOJ in other ongoing investigations.
Clinesmith is the guy that Robert Mueller called one of his top people. He was responsible for hiring many of the lawyers who were part of the Special Counsel’s witch hunt.
Lou Dobbs had John Solomon on. Solomon said he believes that John Durham is signaling that there are more criminal prosecutions ahead. Solomon indicates the difficult nature of what Durham is trying to unravel. Solomon believes that Durham has succeeded in peeling back the onion.

This is supported by AG Barr’s statement on Hannity where Barr downplayed the Clinesmith story. Barr seemed to clearly indicate that more developments would be forthcoming.
