Everything about this speech by former U.S. Ambassador and former Acting ODNI, Richard Grenell, is exceptional. Grenell outlines how the ‘America First’ priorities of Donald Trump are antithetical to the DC crowd yet intensely pro-American.
Grenell outlines the Trump doctrine in all its perfectly American nuance. He outlines the resistance approach taken by former officials, and then goes onto to describe how with President Trump in the White House it’s the people in charge, not politicians.
Grenell savaged the foreign policy of Trump’s predecessors, be they Republican or Democrat. He exposed how previous administrations built a global system while ignoring the basic needs of Americans. He relayed the ring-side seat vista he had where PDJT acknowledged the success of other countries in their negotiations with American Presidents while at the same time letting them know that PDJT was not going to let that continue.
Grenell pointed out that PDJT has not started any new wars. PDJT has rebuilt the American military and signed peace deals that make Americans safer while extending safety to others around the world.
Grenell highlighted PDJT’s stance on freedom around the world, that while he is President, America will always stand with freedom-loving people.
He made Trump’s foreign policy so simple anyone can understand it. Distilling the message down to America First & nationalism v internationalism was clear, direct & persuasive.
He exposed the attempts by the Obama-Biden administration to rig the 2016 election. After PDJT won, they continued in their attempts to end his administration.
Grenell finished up by stating the obvious. That is, PDJT stands up for all Americans. It does not matter what sex they are, what color they are or what religion they may practice. America First is the Trump doctrine.
Vote like the Republic depends on on it, because it does. Law and order or law of the jungle is on the ballot.
