This was a chant that we heard throughout last year. Democratic politicians joined in a chorus in calling for ending police as well as defunding them. In some cities, they actually succeeded in doing so. Minneapolis was high on that list.
Recently they have completely reversed themselves and now claim that it is the Republicans who wanted to defund the police. Last week Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI) claimed that the Democratic Party has never taken the position that the police should be defunded.
Really? Really! Perhaps a short trip through some video might puncture the fantasy bubble that Hirono lives in.

Perhaps the following street mural images might alert the Senator from Hawaii to the absolute lunacy of what she is saying. Were there any Republicans in charge in any of these places where this was allowed and encouraged to take place?
The problem for the Democrats is that crime has skyrocketed since they have come out in favor of no accountability for violent criminal actions. Violent crime is way up. Violent criminals are being released without even a slap on the wrist!
And keep in mind that 2020’s numbers were way up over 2019’s numbers. The Democrats’ internal polling must be horrendous.
Press secretary Jen Psaki came out and stated the Republicans were the ones “defunding” the police. This must be a test run to see how many people the Dems can brainwash before the elections next year.
Some questions for Psaki:
When did Democrats denounce the cities that were defunding their police force?
When did the Democrats denounce the people yelling “ACAB!”?
When did the Democrats take their own to task, such as AOC and her soulmates in “The Squad”?
Only diehard Democrats would be stupid enough to actually believe the crap that Psaki and Hirono are peddling. The media know better but bow down before Psaki’s utterances.
