The vaccine mandate proposed by the con man in the White House to be implemented through OSHA emergency rules has been “paused” due to an injunction by a federal court. I put “paused” in quotes because apparently the administration is ignoring the stay.
Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked what the administration’s response is to OSHA indicating that they were halting the implementation and enforcement of President Biden’s vaccine mandate on private companies. Katie Pavlich reported:
“Let me be very clear, our message to businesses right now is to move forward with measures that will make their workplace safer and protect their work forces from COVID-19. That was our message after the first stay from the Sixth Circuit and nothing has changed,” Psaki said, urging private companies to move forward with mandates regardless of constitutional violations. “We are still heading toward the same timeline.
Multiple lawsuits challenging the OSHA rules have been consolidated into one federal court. The unconstitutionality of such far-reaching rules under the guise of public safety seems to be obvious. What may not be obvious to most people is just how invasive this attempt to control the country really is.
If you ask people what their understanding of the “mandate” is, they will probably tell you that big companies have to ensure their staff is vaccinated. There will be very little understanding of the how, that is, how this would be accomplished. In that understanding comes the realization that the government is trying to insert itself into every aspect of our lives.
Make no mistake. This is top-down coercion of major proportions. The mindless wonder in the White House made that clear on September 9th when he announced the mandate. He threatened governors, and all who oppose his will, with a unilateral edict requiring COVID-19 vaccinations.
“We’ve been patient, but our patience is wearing thin,” the president warned in a threatening manner, looking into the camera and addressing those who are not vaccinated. “If they will not help, if those governors won’t help us beat the pandemic, I’ll use my power as president to get them out of the way.”
This is communism. Biden is acting like he is a dictator with absolute power over the country. The people will bow down and kiss the jack boots of his enforcers or else.
Let’s look at the particulars of this attempt to subvert liberty and freedom in this country.
Can employees opt out of the “paused” mandate? Yes, but only under certain strict requirements. Such employees must wear face masks while indoors or in a vehicle with another person. Weekly proof of a negative COVID test is also required. There is no allowance for individuals who have previously contracted COVID and recovered. Their immunity is many times stronger than any mRNA therapy even when that immunity is at its strongest.
The mask requirement is non-sensical. It is just another attempt to cow people into obeying the government. There are no studies that show that the kind of masks people typically wear stop the spread of the COVID virus or any virus for that matter.
This leads us to the first big lie. “COVID-vaccinated people are safer because they aren’t carrying and spreading the disease anymore.” Vaxxed employees are just as likely to become infected with COVID as multiple studies have shown. Any effectiveness at reducing the severity of the illness is offset by the fact that vaxxed individuals may harbor the virus for longer periods without being obviously ill. If masks worked (they don’t), it would seem that vaxxed employees should be the ones wearing masks.
If the public health emergency is so dire as to require mandated public health measures via emergency authorizations, why are there provisions for opt-outs? The only legitimate opt-out would be someone who had recovered from the illness. Was this provided for in the OSHA rules? The answer is no.
Allowing the kind of opt-outs OSHA has defined tips their hand at what they are really trying to accomplish. They want to coerce a portion of the population into getting jabbed. Once this takes place, they move forward to isolating, denigrating and shaming those who refuse. These people are characterized as being anti-science when just the opposite is true. They have followed the science and realize that there are significant risks associated with the mRNA therapies and also that there is very little risk from the illness itself.
Another invasive aspect of this is that employers must track their employees’ status and must enforce compliance. Employers are being required under the threat of substantial fines to maintain all kinds of records on the vaccination status of their employees. In addition, they will be required to keep records of all weekly tests for those who refuse the jab.
This leads us to another big lie. The “vaccines” are safe and effective. Ignoring the safety aspects for the moment, are the jabs effective? Clearly they are not. Efficacy, if it ever existed, waned very quickly. Why do I say if it ever existed?
Let’s look at the world.
Karl Denninger has done yeoman’s work with data during this sham of a pandemic. Here are some of his insights.
Gibraltar. Arguably the most-vaccinated place on the planet they are taking an exponential spike. Gee, what’s the data tell you? This is round three for them, just like everyone else and the jabs did nothing to stop it.
Did we have round three here? Not really. We … tried to claim success by jabbing into the decline in January forward and which then blew up in our face this summer.
Has the UK managed to jab its way out? No.
How about the Netherlands? Nope.
Iceland? HA! They’re getting ass-pounded right now with roughly 75% of the population fully vaccinated.
Singapore has roughly 83% fully-vaccinated but took the largest spike of the pandemic anyway, which is just now subsiding.
Everywhere that success was claimed has experienced a significant spike since they started jabbing. In each case the jab process was started during a subsidence of infection. The curves downward did not appear to accelerate once jabs were started. This implies that the jab DOES NOT WORK. Boosters won’t either and data is just being developed that the wearing out of whatever protection might exist from a booster may be quicker than from the original jab.
This campaign has never been about the public health. COVID has been a convenient excuse to deprive citizens of their God-given rights. Intelligent people that I know “are disturbed” by the pushback from main stream America against deprivation of civil liberties.
They have bought into the narrative that COVID is as dangerous as the Black Death. Apparently they cannot see the duplicity of our elected leaders who say one thing in public and act the opposite when the cameras are turned off.
It may be possible to stop this insanity at the moment. However, this will not stop those who lust for power from finding another way around the rights guaranteed in our Constitution. It is time to remake Congress into a body that represents the people and not just big companies. It is time to take an ax to the bureaucracy in Washington.
