A Princess Cruise ship had an outbreak of COVID onboard. The ship docked in San Francisco on Sunday. All crew members and passengers were “fully” vaccinated. All crew and passengers had also been tested for COVID prior to boarding.
People aboard the Ruby Princess caught the virus while on a 15-day Panama Canal cruise. According to the company, those who contracted COVID did not spread it to others on the ship. Right. Sounds like the company is trying to avoid lawsuits.
And the White House continues to insist that the jabs are effective. What are they effective at? They do not stop infection. They do not stop transmission. And they do not prevent serious illness. Oh, I know. They are effective at lining the pockets of Big Pharma.
Doddering, incoherent and frail is how the European press described Joe Biden. Angry is another description that comes to mind. Biden appears to have less and less control over his emotions. During a speech in Poland on the weekend, Biden called for regime change in Russia. His words…”For God’s sake, this man cannot remain in power.” For one fleeting moment I thought he might be talking about himself.
The White House immediately walked back that statement. This was just one of three statements that the White House tried to erase from the public consciousness. On Monday, Biden snapped at a reporter who asked about these flubs and denied that they ever occurred.

Biden: You told troops they are going to Ukraine, the U.S. would use a chemical weapon, and called for regime change in Russia.

Of course, based on his current mental state, Biden probably doesn’t really remember he said those things.
However, he had a cheat sheet for the question about regime change. And he still screwed it up.

Will the world survive this President?
The Democrats continue in their attempt to delegitimize the Supreme Court. Apparently if you are the wife of a Supreme Court justice, you are not allowed the same rights and liberties as every other American. In particular, one cannot support causes that the Left does not like.
The Democrats know that the J6 committee is a partisan witch hunt that is not likely to survive judicial review particularly if cases reach the Supreme Court. It is Watergate on steroids. Currently they want all the donor records from the RNC. There is no legitimate legislative oversight that permits them to do this. They need to disqualify or sideline any justice who believes in the Constitution.
Senate Judiciary Chairman Dick Durbin (D-IL) on Monday called on Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to recuse himself from any cases related to January 6 because his wife Virginia “Ginni” Thomas exercised her First Amendment rights to friends in private texts regarding the 2020 election. These were leaked by the Committee in an attempt to discredit Thomas, one of the best Supreme Court justices ever.
Durbin said Ginni Thomas’s “involvement” “really creates an obvious conflict” for her husband.
Nice try, Dick. Are you going to recuse yourself from voting on the Judge Brown nomination to the Court because of your obvious bias?
Now we know why they went after Madison Cawthorne (R-NC) and tried to get him disqualified from running for re-election.
Rep. Madison Cawthorn, “I mean the sexual perversion that goes on in Washington. I mean being kind of a young guy in Washington and the average age is probably 60 or 70. And I look at a lot of these people and you know, a lot of them that I, you know, that I looked up to through my life. I’ve always paid attention to politics and then all of the sudden I get invited to like, hey we’re going to have some kind of sexual get-together at one of our homes. You should come by… What did you just ask me to do? And then you realize they’re asking you to come to an orgy. Or the fact that you know there’s some of the people leading on the movement to try and remove addiction in our country. And of doing cocaine right in front of you.
I like this guy even more now.
The New York Daily News showed they are true to the cause of gaslighting the public. The war in Ukraine was instigated by Biden’s handlers to help to prop up his failing support with the public. Presidents leading the good fight have often benefitted from such activities. Of course, that means a good fight is needed. Big Media has done their level best to paint Russia and Putin as barbarians and the Ukrainians as noble warriors.
The Daily News tried to take advantage of this idea by running a headline over the weekend about Biden’s activities in Europe. The headline:

Front lines? The man was in Poland for God’s sakes.

Don Surber has an interesting look at the lunacy of our current justice systems on the North American continent.

“Saad Gaya ‘made terrible mistakes as a young man. His long and hard journey back deserves recognition,’ Ontario’s Law Society Tribunal decided.”
Eric Utter reported, “In 2006, Saad Gaya — and more than a dozen other radical Islamists — planned to detonate bombs throughout Toronto, Canada’s largest city. Blessedly, the plot was foiled in a national security operation. Gaya was arrested while unloading what he believed to be ammonium nitrate for making truck bombs. The al-Qaeda-inspired plot was purportedly to target the Toronto Stock Exchange, the Parliament, Canada’s spy agency, and a military base, among other venues. Gaya and his accomplices planned to take political hostages. And behead various Canadian leaders including the Prime Minister.
“In 2009, Gaya pleaded guilty to the commission of an offense for a terrorist group. He was sentenced to serve 18 years in prison. However, he was released on parole after only 10 years, finishing his sentence in 2020. Not bad for a guy that was involved with a plot to blow up bombs all over a metropolis of 6.2 million souls and decapitate its leaders.”
In Canada, people honking horns to protest a draconian government edict is an attempted coup, but people who try to blow up parliament and behead leaders are just committing mistakes.
Youthful indiscretions, you might say.
Who knows? Someday a Democrat just may nominate Gaya to the Supreme Court. First openly Muslim justice and all that jazz.
It would really be something if he was also gay.
