Some small amount of sanity returned to San Francisco on Tuesday. Chesa Boudin, the former public defender who became district attorney in San Francisco in 2019 has been recalled. Boudin, who enjoyed huge financial support from Soros’ PAC’s, presided over a massive increase in crimes due to his soft on criminals policies.
SAN FRANCISCO—San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin was recalled Tuesday in a blow to the progressive prosecutors’ movement.
Voters strongly endorsed ousting the reform-minded D.A. as partial returns showed about 60% of voters supporting the recall, the Associated Press said.
Mr. Boudin and other progressive prosecutors around the country have pursued goals such as sending nonviolent drug offenders to treatment instead of jail, sparing juveniles from being prosecuted as adults and scrutinizing police misconduct.
Political consultants and law-enforcement officials say the recall of Mr. Boudin in this left-leaning city signals a broader voter backlash against the movement amid rising violent crime over the past two years.
To call this man progressive is an insult to the English language. This man was put there for one purpose. That purpose was to help transform America into a communist country. Boudin actually succeeded in destroying an American city. There are others like him scattered around the country.
Voter backlash? I question the accuracy of the vote. Does anyone in their right mind believe that up to 40% of people in San Francisco actually thought he should stay? How many dominion machines were in use there? Was the backlash so huge that there was no way to rig the election?
This man was Marxist through and through. Yet somehow, with Soros’ help, he fooled the citizens of San Francisco into electing him in 2019. Must have been a lot of looters in that pool of voters who voted for him.
