The source of most of the problems we face as a nation goes back to 9/11. What follows is one man’s opinion on this issue. Calling it the Patriot Act is just one very egregious example of how labeling is used to bamboozle the public.
The Patriot Act opens an entire black hole of government powers that in their own right, are outlandishly illegal and unconstitutionally problematic.
The Patriot Act is effectively a “skeleton key” for the absolute power of the federal government on every and any issue they choose to invoke “National Security” with.
This allows them into every American’s home, despite the 4th amendment protection against baseless search and seizures within the homes of citizens.
This allows them to restrict, or eliminate the first amendment guarantee of freedoms of speech, assembly, and religion.
This allows them to “red flag law” any and every American who is illegally spied on “see 4th amendment” by their doctors, nurse, relative, or neighbor for as little as being prescribed “anti anxiety” medications short term or long term, including postpartum depression in women.
This also allows blanket ignoring of the 10th amendment.
This isn’t comprehensive. It simply outlines the most common ways the Federal Government and Lawfare intrude into your home, career, medical, and other aspects of ordinary citizens lives.
Never forget who set this up. One of the greatest betrayals of American History. I’d call it more notorious and wantonly traitorous than Benedict Arnold. One Former President George W Bush. The “compassionate conservative.”
Now look at what the Obama people have done with what George W Bush provided them. A great many atrocities that have been committed, could not have been had not “W” betrayed the nation.
The tide is starting to turn.
Don’t cave into them.
