The Democrats continue their assault on the free exercise of religion. The Democrats would like to see religion confined to the interiors of churches. Allowing a religious conscience out into the public arena is the worst possible situation for them. It upsets the idea that only the state can determine what is okay and what is not.
The latest exercise in this area comes from the administration’s attempt to force individuals to participate in the killing another human being. The administration is planning to change rules of the HHS that would force health care workers to participate in abortions against the dictates of their own conscience. According to HHS, health care workers have no conscience rights where abortion is concerned.
The administration’s plan in this area would “partially rescind the Trump administration’s 2019 rule that would have stripped federal funding from health facilities that required workers to provide any service they objected to, like abortions, contraception, gender affirming care and sterilization.”
Despite the Supreme Court overturning Roe v Wade, the administration believes that they can unilaterally force hospitals nationwide to violate state laws against abortions.
Of course, in addition to killing the most vulnerable among us through abortion, this supposed return to the rules previously in place would also require health care workers to participate in the mutilation of children’s bodies under the disguise of “gender-affirming” care. That would be the castration of boys and the mastectomies and vaginectomies of girls.
This is in line with the administration’s idea that transgender “rights” trump the rights of everyone else. According to this administration, the privacy and safety of women and girls is not a right. According to this administration, women and girls do not have the rights granted to them by Title IX to compete against their biological equals. Again, the “rights” of trans supersede the rights of all other people.
In the medical community, it used to be FIRST DO NO HARM. It was this way until the leftist/socialist/communist/globalist propaganda goon squad with their radical agenda butted their noses into the medical field’s business. Now it seems that harming the patient is high on the list of radical procedures that are okay in the healthcare field. The COVID jabs were the most recent attempt in this area of harming the patient.
This administration is evil personified. It is wrong to murder especially the innocent and defenseless. Forcing someone to perform an action against their will is a clear and present violation of the 13th Amendment, which prohibits slavery and involuntary servitude. And if you force a person to provide a service they don’t want to, isn’t that involuntary servitude?
