It has long been obvious that, despite the kid glove treatment by the DOJ, Joe Biden broke the law involving the handling classified documents. If Biden was any member of the military for which he is the Commander-in Chief, the court martial proceedings would already be underway. And a military jail term would be the result.
More than a week ago, Biden’s lawyers had announced that their search for additional stolen classified material had ended and no additional material had surfaced. Let’s keep in mind that the initial discovery of stolen classified material in the wrong place had taken place on November 2nd with notice to the DOJ on November 4th.
The first question that arises is that, since this was clearly a criminal act, why didn’t the FBI conduct a search? That did not happen. Instead, Biden’s lawyers were allowed to continue to process Biden’s papers for more than two months without oversight from the FBI. Biden was allowed to visit the crime scene. Why? What was the FBI afraid they would see if they conducted such a search before Biden’s lawyers were finished moving Biden’s papers?
Last Friday, a week after Biden’s lawyers said they were done, the FBI conducted a search of his Wilmington home. The FBI located six items containing classification markings. Investigators also took possession of some of his notes, the president’s lawyer said Saturday.
Exactly what was discovered is not known. All that is known is that they were from the time of Biden’ service as vice-president and also as a Senator.
The announcement was deceptively vague. Items was used as the phrase describing the findings not documents. Are the items boxes of documents? We do not know. Were they filing cabinets? We just do not know. This is the opposite of the “transparency” upon which the kid glove treatment was afforded to Biden.
The media tried to downplay the significance of all of this by noting that the search was “consensual.” That is ridiculous. Clear evidence of a potential crime was found by lawyers at the locations in question. It would not have been difficult to obtain a search warrant even if Biden is President. And this removes any potential attorney/client privilege issues related to the original material that was turned over by Biden’s lawyers.
Once again, we are being played. Just who is behind the release of the media hounds? Why now? What’s next?
What’s next may be the revelation that Joe Biden was involved in oil deals with China. The Hunter Biden laptop continues to be the laptop from hell for the Democratic Party.
Now that it’s provenance has been established, more info is circulating about the pay-to-play deals of the Bidens. Many emails were uncovered involving Hunter Biden, Jim Biden, and Joe Biden. These emails and text messages showed multiple pay-for-play schemes involving the Bidens and major players around the world, including officials in China.

In October 2017, Hunter and his uncle –Joe’s brother Jim Biden – were brokering a multi-million dollar deal to supply gas from Louisiana to the country on behalf of their business partners, Chinese energy giant CEFC.
At the time Joe Biden had finished his term as vice president and had yet to announce any plans to run for president in 2020.
A Louisiana-based lawyer on the other side of the deal wrote in an October 27, 2017 email that he had arranged ‘a call from Joe Biden and Hunter Biden on Monday morning to discuss the purchase of the 5 million tons of gas.’
Where will this rabbit hole lead to? It really is unclear. However, what it won’t lead to is the Special Counsel who has been severely restricted on what he is allowed to look at.
