President Trump and Alina Habba, Trump’s lawyer, speak to the media following another day of nonsense testimony in the New York civil case against Donald Trump.
President Trump reiterates the construct of the case against him as a political effort with no foundational premise in legal statute. The lending institutions did their own due diligence; there are no victims, all the banks and finance offices were repaid with interest and ahead of schedule; there were no defaults and all lenders were satisfied with the terms, conditions and results. In fact, he was even praised by some of those involved for how well these projects went.
Mike Robinson notes:
The judge has quite a history of being generally and categorically opposed to real estate developers. He demonstrates that he knows nothing about the lending business, or how properties (such as apartments with interior balconies) are assessed for property taxes. And his Court makes no attempt to obtain expert counsel to inform its judgment, as it is legally required to do. In fact, this joker has stated on-the-record that “expert testimony is not evidence.” He is power-happy and simply wants to be a law unto himself.
This judge along with Biden and Merrick Garland are attempting to overthrow our elections and Constitution. Just looking at the justice system every day exposes just what a corrupt mess it is.
As has been stated many times since PDJT came down the escalator in 2015, they are not just coming after him. They are coming after us as well. PDJT is just in the way. If they can get him out of the way, nobody is safe. If you disagree with government policies, ]they will come after you.
President Trump’s lawyer, Alina Habba, read the first page of the lending agreement to the media so they can better understand the nature of the fraudulent case being attempted by the State of New York.
Habba teed off on NY’s Attorney General, a woman who campaigned on “getting Trump.” Habba noted that the people running New York “don’t want to believe that any business can conduct themselves without the Attorney General sticking her nose in your business…”. In others words, Habba called the Attorney General a communist. And, oh, Habba also schooled the reporters on the reality of commercial real estate values.
Bless the men and women who are putting themselves on the line for each of us.
And then there’s Putin’s take on all this.
