Jesse Watters ran a devastating segment on Judge Juan Merchan who gagged PDJT from talking about the judge’s family’s financial ties to the current sham “hush money” case he is presiding over in New York City. Judge Merchan should be removed from the bench for failing to recuse himself.
Failure to recuse for even the appearance of conflict of interest brings a lack of public trust in the judicial system. And this is way beyond an appearance of conflict. Isn’t there a code of judicial ethics in New York? Are disbarment proceedings part of that code? Is getting Trump so important that they do not care if their corruption is exposed? New York should think long and hard about the reputational damage being done to their state.

“Trump is banned from talking about the judge’s family. Why? Because the judge’s family was paid by the Biden campaign. The judge’s family is currently being paid by Adam Schiff over $10 million.”
“The judge is threatening to put Trump in jail for pointing out that his liberal family is getting rich off this trial and richer if he’s convicted.” “The judge’s daughter isn’t seven. She’s 34. He’s not attacking her. He’s just saying what she does for a living. How’s that an attack? He just wants a new judge. One whose family isn’t funded by Democrats.”
This administration isn’t trying to hide its lawlessness anymore! A court, in this country, has literally, publicly silenced a defendant but let’s the prosecution and prosecution witnesses go on TV to trash the defendant! This admin is running roughshod over all the Constitutional norms our Republic was built on!
These people are all in on destroying the great country that we once had. An important component of restoring constitutional order will have to be removing crooked judges and their like. Perhaps a deep dive into their finances will expose them.
