Walz was vetted before he was offered the VP slot? What kind of vetting was done? I can see now why Minnesota is in play for Trump. Walz is a poison pill.
Another disaster debate for the Democrats. Walz’s “folksy” demeanor did not hide his incompetence. He started out talking about Israel’s proxy partners when he meant Iran. Walz then could not explain why he lied about being in Hong Kong during the Tiananmen Square massacre. And then Walz closed down the debate talking about being friends with school shooters.
His performance was dismal despite being helped by his two Democratic hacks who were acting as moderators. The far-left CBS moderators of the debate on Tuesday took time to “fact-check” JD Vance on the 20,000 Haitian migrants that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris flew into Springfield, Ohio in the past three years. The real number is closer to 15,000. This is a city of some 60,000 people. I fail to see the difference in terms of impact on the city.
At one point when Vance fact-checked Margaret Brennan, CBS cut off his mic. Vance was right.

J.D. Vance did a fantastic job in the vice presidential debate tonight.
At one point where Tim Walz said that Americans need to trust the experts, Vance called him out on it, reminding him how many times the ‘experts’ have been wrong. This exchange was brutal to the Democrats’ plan to nationalize the economy.

Vance is a guy that the Democrats tried to paint as weird. Walz is supposed to be the normal guy here. I don’t see it. Instead, what I see in Vance is a cool, calm and collected person who can articulate issues so that everyone can understand them.
