The UK Government has decided, in its capacity as a nanny state, that Brits must register to keep their chickens from 1 October 2024.
Many Brits think this is government overreach. Thousands of individuals have been registering as many chickens as possible to crash the system. But not their own chickens. Instead, they have been registering everything from supermarket roast chickens to individual McDonald’s chicken nuggets.
They crashed the system.
Hurricane Helene will send shockwaves through the semiconductor industry. Located about an hour northeast of Asheville, downpours at Spruce Pine, North Carolina, have taken the biggest known deposit of high-purity quartz offline, leaving the global tech supply chain potentially starved of an ingredient vital for making microchips.
Spruce Pine supplies around 70 percent of the naturally occurring HPQ that is needed for computing devices and products. The site’s market position and significance were underlined in 2019 when a manager for Quartz Corp, one of the two main mining companies that works the deposit, told the BBC: “Inside nearly every cell phone and computer chip you’ll find quartz from Spruce Pine.”
While some experts are hoping for a minimal disruption to the supply chain, the general ineptness of the governmental people running the relief operations suggests that may be whistling in the dark.
Big Brother is getting nearer. The German Federal Ministry of the Interior announced that the free, state-run wallet would enable citizens to identify themselves digitally across the EU. It would also be possible to store identity information and official documents.
This is the next step in making people totally controllable by the local government. How long before this is tried in America? When will a chip be injected under the skin to enable 24/7 tracking of people?

What about Americans in the Southeast? It has publicly been announced that FEMA does not have the necessary funds to do their job after $1 Billion was used to take care of illegal aliens. This administration does not care about Americans except as a cow to be milked for whatever the pols in DC want.
