Attorney General Pam Bondi has recommended that prosecutors should seek the death penalty in the case of accused murderer Luigi Mangione.  Mangione is accused of murdering UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

Over on ‘The View,’ Joy Behar recently wondered if this decision would cause a ‘backlash’ against Republicans. It doesn’t matter to her what happened, or the fact that a completely innocent man was murdered in cold blood. All that matters to Behar is that there is a possibility that something might go badly for Republicans.

I think that Behar needs to find the Joy Reid exit door.

Civil war has come to NYC.  Over last weekend, anti-Musk terrorists called for burning a Tesla to “save democracy.”

Many of these “protests” are funded through money from George Soros’ Open Society Foundations.

I wonder how much the organizers of these “spontaneous” protests are being paid?

Apparently the efforts of the Democrats to buy two House seats in Florida went for naught.  The Republican Party swept two competitive Florida special elections on Tuesday despite Democrats massively outraising their GOP counterparts in both races.

Republican Randy Fine defeated Democratic candidate Josh Weil in his bid for the state’s 6th Congressional District, while Republican Jimmy Patronis won the House seat in the state’s 1st Congressional District, beating Democratic candidate Gay Valimont.  One seat was Mike Waltz who joined the Trump administration and the other one was Matt Gaetz’s.

Weil significantly outraised Fine in his congressional campaign, raising over $9 million, compared to the just under $1 million raised by Fine. Meanwhile, Valimont raised roughly $6.5 million in the race, while Patronis only raised $2.1 million.

This proves that the noise coming from Democrats about Trump is falling on deaf ears.  Neither race was close.

Recently, Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that 17 alleged members of the Tren de Aragua gang have been deported and sent to El Salvador from Guantanamo Bay.

“In order to keep the American people safe, @POTUS designated the Tren de Aragua and MS-13 as Foreign Terrorist Organizations,” Rubio posted on X. “These criminals will no longer terrorize our communities and citizens.”

The gang members who were sent to the El Salvadorian prison had “criminal charges pending” or had been convicted of criminal charges.

Democratic Congressman Jamie Raskin, who continues to make a fool of himself, demanded that these “so-called plane full of gangbangers” be returned to the United States of America.  So, Raskin is calling for the return of members of a foreign terrorist organization to be returned to this country.  For what purpose?

Raskin also demanded that all judge’s orders be followed by the administration.  The problem?  These gangbangers were deported under Title VIII not the 1798 law currently on hold by a federal judge.  There are no judicial orders covering that exit route.

The Trump administration continues to crack down on school districts that allow biological males to compete in female sports.   The Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights has opened an investigation in Portland, Oregon.

The U.S. Department of Education (DOE):

“These allegations include allowing a male track student athlete to compete in a girls’ interscholastic track and field competition on March 19, 2025, and permitting the male athlete to use the girls’ locker room while female athletes were changing. OCR also sent a letter notifying the Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA), the governing body for the Portland Interscholastic League, that it was opening a directed investigation into its ‘gender identity participation’ policy, which appears to violate Title IX.”

The male athlete in question competed in the girls’ track and field division over the last two seasons. He took the first-place trophy from female competitors in the 200-meter and 400-meter dashes, beating the closest female racer in the 400-meter dash by over seven seconds and setting season records, typical results for males who compete against females on the rack.

This past week saw another ridiculous exercise in the world of sports where a male was allowed to fence in a woman’s tournament.  Redmond Sullivan, a biological male, was entered into the women’s side of the Cherry Blossom Open in Maryland.  Under US Fencing rules and bylaws, this was permissible.

USA Fencing hid behind a statement that their current transgender athlete policy, enacted in 2023 at the height of the tranny nonsense, was designed to expand access to the sport of fencing.  USA Fencing said the policy is based on the principle that everyone should have the ability to participate in sports and was based upon the research available at that time.

My first question is how was Sullivan being denied the opportunity to participate?  Doesn’t USA Fencing have a men’s division?

USA Fencing went on to opine that they were creating “inclusive, safe spaces.”  How does this policy do that?  Is this man prohibited from using the women’s locker rooms?  No.  So, potentially any man who identifies as a woman could be present at these events and in these “safe spaces.”  How is this being safe?

Stephanie Turner, the woman who declined to fence a man, has displayed remarkable courage.  She is the Rosa Parks of the fencing world.  Immediately she was accused by various media outlets of transphobia and misgendering her potential opponent.  No surprise there.

The vast majority of Americans recognize the inherent unfairness of allowing men to compete in women’s sports.  Why doesn’t USA Fencing?  Perhaps it is time to Bud Light USA Fencing.
