This is not front page news for the legacy media but it should be. Multiple judges have now been arrested for violating their oaths of office by aiding and abetting criminals to avoid detention by ICE agents.
New Mexico Magistrate Judge Joel Cano and his wife Nancy were arrested for harboring Cristhian Ortega-Lopez, a member of Tren de Aragua, the violent Venezuelan gang that has taken sections of various communities around the country.
Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan was taken into custody by the FBI for allegedly hiding a previously deported illegal alien in her jury room in order to stop the potential arrest by ICE.

Pam Bondi explained how such judges will be handled. “We are going to prosecute you, and we are prosecuting you. I found out about this the day it happened,” she said.
“We could not believe, actually, that a judge really did that. We looked into the facts in great depth… You cannot obstruct a criminal case. And really, shame on her. It was a domestic violence case of all cases, and she’s protecting a criminal defendant over victims of crime.”
It is alleged that Dugan misdirected the ICE agents and then helped the illegal alien avoid ICE agents by escorting him out a restricted jury door. He was later captured by ICE agents.
Dugan has been “temporarily” relieved of all judicial duties.
With these news stories circulating, it has now come out that Shelley Joseph, being paid to be a Boston Municipal Court judge, is facing removal from the bench when a hearing is held on June 9 over an April 2018 stunt that allowed an illegal alien to avoid ICE agents.
Joseph was indicted by former U.S. Attorney Andrew Leiling, but those charges were dropped when she agreed to refer herself to the Massachusetts Commission on Judicial Conduct. That organization, in a report called “scathing,” determined she committed “willful judicial misconduct.”
It also states that Joseph failed to be candid and honest with investigators who were handling the case.

It is alleged that the judge colluded with the defense to allow the illegal alien escape.
Let’s be reminded that this case is only just now coming to some sort of adjudication. It happened seven years ago. Did the powers that be think that they could bury this case forever?
Another Wisconsin judge is threatening to suspend court proceedings in solidarity with Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan.
Sawyer County Circuit Judge Monica Isham emailed all Wisconsin state judges declaring she would rather go to jail or lose her job than allow ICE to remove anyone from her courtroom to “concentration camps.”
A judge in Sawyer County, Wisconsin, Monica Isham, is threatening not to hold court because of Hannah Dugan’s arrest. She also wrote that she has “no intention of allowing anyone to be taken out of my courtroom by ICE and sent to a concentration camp” and she is threatening to… pic.twitter.com/TRHFA44PXq

As usual, the judge’s verbiage is not just misleading and explosive emotionally, it is an outright falsehood. In the Dugan case, the agents were waiting outside the courtroom for such proceedings to end. The ICE agents were not interfering with the conduct of anything going on inside the courtroom.
Isham’s defiance and the actions of other judges underscore a huge problem in the justice system. It’s creating the appearance of unchecked power within the judiciary. We saw this during the persecutions of PDJT in New York, in DC, in Georgia. These people are not just putting their finger on the scale. They are destroying the idea of a fair and impartial justice system.
A few more such arrests are needed to let the public know that black robes do not give you the right to ignore the law or obstruct those charged with enforcing it.
