The Supreme Court (6-3) ended a lower court judge’s ruling that had paused the administration’s ban on mentally unstable people who were uncertain of their gender from serving in the military. One can easily guess who the dissenting justices were. One of them, a woman, could not define what is a woman during her confirmation hearings.
Previously, two federal district judges had blocked the administration’s ban. The administration had stopped allowing gender confused individuals from participating in military service for obvious ‘mission critical’ reasons. The Trump administration had argued that the courts are required to nearly always defer to the military’s determinations about readiness, lethality and unit cohesion. Right. Just how cohesive is a unit if some of the members don’t know if they are male or female?
This does not end this litigation. It just allows the administration to continue forward with their plans while the litigation plays out in the courts.
This DEI crap has to stop. It is in fact that DEI is a communist line of operation against military effectiveness. DEI is part of the attack on European and American borders and is trying to destroy Western Civilization.

These unconstitutional orders from sitting federal lower court judges are designed to do one thing. This wastes some part of Trump’s time in office. The idea is to negate the 2024 Presidential election. It is to stimy and reject what the people voted for.
