Hakeem Jeffries and AOC have come forward to claim that Congress Critters are above the law. DHS Chief Kristi Noem on Tuesday evening said the New Jersey Democrat lawmakers involved in the violent altercation at the Newark ICE facility last Friday committed felonies. This did not sit well with Jeffries and AOC.
Democrat House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries threatened retaliation against Department of Homeland Security agents if they arrest Democrat lawmakers for storming the Newark ICE facility and assaulting agents.
“What happens if [DHS] were to go and arrest these [Democrat] members or if they were to try to sanction them…” a reporter asked Hakeem Jeffries on Tuesday.
Jeffries threatened federal agents.

Jeffries believes that Democratic Congress Critters are above the law. Therefore, they are untouchable. Apparently arresting a former President is totally normal. However, arresting a Democratic mayor and congress critters is crossing some red line.
Let’s be reminded that video exists of these critters assaulting federal officers.
AOC, who is beginning her campaign for President, joined in the nonsense. In an unhinged Instagram rant over the weekend, AOC threatened that “we’re going to have a problem” if law enforcement arrests the members of Congress who unlawfully stormed the facility and attacked officers.
AOC thinks rioting Dims are allowed to illegally immigrate into ICE facilities without due process. She thinks they can assault members of ICE without penalty. She claims that the members of Congress were “inhibited from accessing” the ICE facilities to conduct oversight. This is just BS. AOC ignored the fact that they were granted access when they followed the protocols instead of storming the facility.
AOC believes that the way to the White House for her is by falsely accusing the current administration of violating the law. AOC seems to be completely ignorant of the fact that video exists of the assaults.
If these Democratic critters broke the law, perhaps a 6 AM SWAT raid is what should happen next.
