House member LaMonica McIver (D-NJ) has been charged with assault on federal law enforcement officers as a result of her actions at a Newark NJ ICE detention facility more than a week ago.
Precisely what level the Congress Critter will be charged at is unclear at this time. Clearly the Congress Critter had lost her mind while engaging with people at the ICE facility. This would normally probably result in a misdemeanor. She would apologize for the way she acted and pay a fine. However, it appears from the verbiage in the US Attorney’s announcement that McIver really believes she did nothing wrong.
This person is part of the nationwide problem that exists that makes people believe that if they believe their cause “is just,” then they are entitled to do anything they feel like doing without being held accountable. It is time for this belief to end. And the only way that will happen is consistent enforcement of the law.

A 25% pay cut. Poor guy’s salary will be a mere $750,000 a year to run an anti-Semitic school.
I think the Harvard president should read Trump’s Art Of The Deal. There might be some insight there in how to deal with this administration.
Senator John Kennedy took on critics of the administration’s policies with regard to China.

Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC 6) has claimed that Joe Biden, the senile one, could have served in the Presidency until January 2029.
TAPPER: With what we’ve seen from President Biden both in that audio, but also throughout 2023, 2024, especially on the debate stage do you think that Joe Biden really would have been able to perform as president all the way through January 2029, when he would have been when he would be 86?”
CLYBURN: Yes. I thought that back then. I still think that, but I don’t know that. When people ask me, did I know this or did I know the other?
And the fact of the matter is, no, I didn’t. You make my point here. It’s not all about age. I’ve seen people develop Alzheimer’s when they’re in their 30s and 40s.
So it’s not about age. It’s about the ability to do the job. And I never saw anything that allowed me to think that Joe Biden was not able to do the job. Just that simple.
I think it is time for the people of SC-6 to find someone else to represent them in Congress.
