There is a lot of thought about the use of Executive Orders (EO’s) within the framework of a particular administration. Of course, legislation carrying out the idea of an EO is the best final result. Otherwise, EO’s can be overturned by the next administration. However, with that underlying point made, one commenter of the political scene has defined much of the differences between this administration and the previous one.

joe malarkey issued EO’s that clearly DEFIED WRITTEN AND CONFIRMED LAW. Almost every single EO he issued was a blatant disregard for confirmed law. That circus administration ignored and refused to enforce law.
The Biden administration hoped to have the country just accept this blatant disregard for established, constitutional norms. Once the public has become used to a particular way of acting and living, it begins to seem normal.
President Trump has issued EO’s that clearly AFFIRM WRITTEN AND CONFIRMED LAW. Almost every single EO that President Trump has issued is based as consistent with and is fundamentally structured on law. President Trump is enforcing law.
There is much to do going on about the enforcement of our laws regarding immigration. Some people would like to make the point that Biden’s EO’s were legal and therefore gave the illegal aliens rights under our laws. This leads to the next point made by Regitiger.
If a police officer refuses to enforce the law and allows a bank robber to go free without an arrest, is he any less of a bank robber?
it is not a hard math problem to solve. There is no mystery or voodoo required. It is only a complicated matter if you ignore the logic and reason and the morality the underpins that issue. Yes, in one aspect I do agree this has been a great “disservice” (if you will) to these illegal aliens…to wave them in from the malarkey show and pretend all is well, KNOWING that eventually, ultimately, not if, but when, the issue of illegality would hit the desk.
I think this is a point that needs to be hammered home. The previous administration engaging in illegal actions does not confer legal status on invaders of our country. They are still illegal aliens. As such, they are subject to be removed from the country post haste. Regitiger goes on:
Well that desk is now operated by our champion, THIS PRESIDENT, President Trump. And he has made it clear what his obligations are…the same one’s that was made clear to anyone who could read and listen on his election campaign trail: I will obey the law, and defend it.
Relatively speaking…President Trumps’ EO’s are not only more legally credible, but they are also universally logical, rational and moral: illegal aliens do not have rights, simply because a lawless regime …a coward cop let them rob the bank. they remain criminals, just as the bank robbers remains a criminal.
Regitiger goes on to take on the source of much of our current problems. Regitiger hits on the biased enforcement of the law and that this cannot continue to be if we want a country that is a good place to live in.
We can’t have this debate, unless we realize how this happened…and what people are really responsible for allowing it to happen.
what matters is that this President restore our society back to and reform it to a law and order regime. Otherwise, we will continue to see law enforcement decide to take things into their own hands…refuse to obey the law and allow criminals to run amok. And that only serves to make this nation vulnerable to all manner of anarchy. it also has the effect of eliciting court judges whom have decided they have some kind of power and agency to determine how laws are to be enforced ….that is not the duty nor is there any constitutional power that gives judges’ those powers. They have “assumed” it and this President is challenging that by using these cases of illegal aliens as the showdown that will hopefully reform the anarchists who wear black robes, who believe themselves to be equals to the voters and to the President of the United States. Clearly, our nation faces a new brand of threat and it is coming from “the bench”.
Chief Justice Roberts MUST step in and reign in these anarchist judges. Otherwise, he is facilitating the runup to a civil war just as the awful Dred Scott decision did in 1857.
Regitiger believes that Trump has a very high chance of winning this war without a civil war actually occurring. I agree. He is on the right side of the ledger when it comes to freedom and liberty. However, nothing should be taken for granted. The people must continue to support the actions being taken.
