Anyone who has followed the tariffs saga knows that the Trade Court issued an injunction stopping the imposition of tariffs. The Trump team did their legal due diligence in several aspects of the tariff/trade deficit reset strategy. It does not appear the New York trade court looked at any of the supportive material from the USTR and the Dept of Commerce.

These actions to stop the tariffs are by multinational corporations who believe that what they say should be the law. They are supported in this by the lapdog media. In particular, NBC is claiming the Trade court “barred the administration from making any future modifications to the tariffs in question.” Of course, as usual, this is not true.
This is what these people do. They lie about what is there so that people will be nudged to think in one particular direction. In this case, if the administration were to modify the tariffs, the screeching about contempt of court would rise to a crescendo. They would hope someone else in Congress would decide to file impeachment motions.
This is an ongoing PsyOp to manipulate public opinion. AI bot farms are being used to manipulate social media and other online platforms. These bot farms can create fake social media engagement to promote fabricated narratives, making ideas appear more popular than they actually are. The screeching about contempt of court would emanate from these bot farms.
Bot farms can be used to create the illusion that a significant number of people are engaged in a particular topic thereby tricking social media algorithms into displaying these posts to a wider audience. This can have the effect of amplifying a narrative that most people abhor but according to social media algorithms is popular.
This is happening in a wide variety of different areas. The battle for America’s future is very real. Those with the money are not going down without a horrendous fight.
