Iran has agreed to end hostilities beginning with a total ceasefire by Iran. This will be followed by a Israel ceasefire 12 hours later. At the end of 24 hours the war will officially be over.
After Saturday night’s attack, Iran did a face-saving attack on a US base in Qatar. That attack did minimal damage and was apparently coordinated with the government of Qatar which closed its airspace just before the “attack.” In addition, the US was given advance notice of the attack which kept casualties at zero.
This is contrasted to the obliteration of nuclear facilities in Iran. In this attack it also appears that Iran was told to evacuate those facilities before the bombs actually fell. A lot of 4D chess at work here. Netanyahu and the rest of the world got what they wanted regarding the nuclear sites. Now diplomacy returns without the threat of a nuclear exchange hanging over the world.
Raw, brute power is the only thing that stops radical Islam. They will behave if tens of thousands of them face overwhelming power and death. Kind of like the first Assad, the father. Assad dealt with the problem of radical Islam by shooting them and putting them in a mass grave decades ago. When radical Islam kidnapped the Soviet ambassador in Lebanon, long ago, the Russians found the families of the men who perpetrated it and killed them all. The ambassador was returned forthwith.

Will this be the end of radical Islam in Iran? Only time will tell. However, with the number of high-level elites in Iran who fled the country in the last few weeks, it is certainly a good possibility that could happen.
The Middle East is a quagmire that so easily sucks nations into war. The Democrats once again have egg on their faces over their absolutely shameful treatment of this whole episode. The parrots in the media were forecasting a years-long if not decades-long war in the Middle East.
PDJT is showing he can nimbly step in and out and not drag our entire country into forever wars. That was not an attribute of previous administrations. Those administrations were beholding to the mega-corporations that had their fingers in the geo-politics around war. Too many of them benefitted from those wars.
