In the fourth year of the war in Ukraine, Ukrainians have had enough.

Millions of Ukrainians have fled the country.  More than a million are dead or seriously wounded.  Graveyards are overflowing.  Hundreds of thousands are AWOL.  And an unknowable number are hiding in their homes to avoid forced mobilization and the specter of a short life or a disabled one.

A new Gallup poll shows that nearly seven in 10 Ukrainians now say they want a negotiated end to the war with Russia.

Peace is the prize here.  And it appears that PDJT and Putin will meet this week, probably in Alaska.  The puppet in charge of Ukraine appears to have no seat at this table.  Zelensky appears to be more popular among the Leftists in our own country than he is in Ukraine.  The only reason he is still at the head of government there is that he cancelled elections and political parties.  A true Democrat.

The wheels of justice grind slowly but they do grind under this administration.  A federal grand jury indicted a man who was caught on video throwing cinderblocks at Border Patrol agents in June during the Los Angeles riots.

Jacob Daniel Terrazas, 30 was charged with one count of assault on a federal employee by using a deadly and dangerous weapon resulting in bodily injury.

“After repeatedly throwing pieces of cinderblock at law enforcement, officers detained Terrazas, who now faces up to 20 years in federal prison if convicted,” US Attorney Bill Essayli said.

This follows the arrest of an individual who was throwing large rocks and pieces of pavement at ICE vehicles in LA damaging multiple vehicles.  Convictions need to follow.

On July 16th, Congress revoked the National Education Association’s (NEA) federal charter.

The NEA is the only union with a federal charter, a privilege that should be reserved for organizations that serve the public good. Unfortunately, under its current leadership, the NEA has strayed far from that mission and instead has become a politically driven organization more focused on pushing a divisive agenda than on supporting academic excellence.

The union’s leadership has prioritized political activism over real learning—promoting controversial social policies, tolerating antisemitism, and pouring millions into partisan campaigns.

Our schools should be focused on reading, writing, and mathematics—not political indoctrination. That’s what parents expect. That’s what students deserve.  It’s time to restore accountability, transparency, and excellence in American education.

The redistricting issue in Texas has brought more mentally challenged politicians to come out and step on the proverbial rake.  Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey is the latest Democrat to threaten retaliatory redistricting.  And how many Republican House seats would be lost if Massachusetts does this?  None! The state’s congressional delegation consists of zero Republicans despite PDJT garnering more than 40% of the vote there.  Hmmm.

The attempt to disarm UK citizens continues.  A man was arrested in Manchester for carrying gardening tools home.  Samuel Rowe, a theatre manager and avid gardener, was detained by armed police outside his Chorlton home on July 3rd while walking back from his garden allotment. Officers were responding to a report of a man with a knife.

According to Greater Manchester Police (GMP), Rowe was found in possession of a small sickle, a peeling knife, and what officers described as a “large dagger,” sheathed on a utility belt.  It turns the “large dagger” was a garden trowel.

GMP said Rowe admitted the offence and was given a conditional caution.  Apparently GMP was unable to find legal representation for Rowe.  Rowe noted, “They said the only way to get out was to accept the caution.  So, I did. I just wanted to go home.”

Since the incident, the manufacturer of the trowel has updated its website to include a warning for customers.

“We strongly advise that you keep this tool concealed, sheathed, and out of sight in public places.  Preferably in a gardening bag or toolbox rather than on your belt.”

Beto O’Rourke spoke to a crowd in Fort Worth, Texas this weekend and made it clear that Democrats will do whatever it takes to regain power, saying ‘f**k the rules.’

He claimed that Dems will redistrict blue states in response to what Texas is doing.  Apparently, O’Rourke is unaware that Democrats have nothing left to gerrymander because they have been doing this for years.  Or, perhaps, O’Rourke believes that his lies will be accepted just because he speaks them.
