In Part 12 the focus was on an individual who appears to have been involved in much of the attempts to execute a coup against PDJT. Her name is Mary McCord. A summary of her activity during Trump’s first term.
♦ SUMMARY: Mary McCord submitted the original false FISA application to the court using the demonstrably false Dossier. Mary McCord participated in the framing of Michael Flynn. Mary McCord worked with ICIG Michael Atkinson to create a fraudulent whistleblower complaint against President Trump; and Mary McCord used that manipulated complaint to assemble articles of impeachment on behalf of the joint House Intel and Judiciary Committee. Mary McCord then took up a defensive position inside the FISA court to protect the DOJ and FBI from sunlight upon all the aforementioned corrupt activity.
Clearly Mary McCord would be a person of interest if anyone was going to start digging into corruption internally within the FBI, DOJ or DOJ-NSD.
Did her involvement end with the end of Trump’s first term? The short answer is no.
McCord’s next stop on the anti-Trump train was the star chamber proceeding known as the January 6 Select Committee.
McCord took up a key legal position inside the J6 committee to continue the Lawfare against President Trump after he left office. Everyone with two working brain cells knows how biased that committee was. Of course, it was a committee without representation from both parties. Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, while nominally Republican, were placed on the committee by Nancy Pelosi over the objections of the Republican leadership. Pelosi had rejected the five names submitted by Kevin McCarthy. Pelosi needed two Republicans who would not impede the “work” of the committee. Both Kinzinger and Cheney had called the J6 event an insurrection.
How about Mar-a-Lago? Turns out that McCord was a member of that team also [citation]. All indications are that her efforts continued as a quiet member of the Special Counsel team. Let’s be reminded that much of the J6 staff went to work for Jack Smith. “Continuing investigations” was one of the methods to keep corrupt information away from the public. Using the same people reduced the exposure risk.
Mary McCord continued to work to prevent PDJT from ever getting close to the Oval Office again. Undoubtedly McCord is still somewhere in the background of all the insane court filings that we have seen during the last seven months.
To fully appreciate the absolutely corrupt nature of the activities that were engaged in, it is helpful to look deeper at one of those events. Specifically, this would be the Michael Flynn saga.
Flynn’s problems arose from an obscure 18th century piece of legislation known as the Logan Act. The Logan Act, passed in 1799, prohibits private citizens from negotiating with foreign governments in disputes involving the United States.
No American citizen has ever been successfully prosecuted for a violation of the Logan Act. The senile one who would later occupy the Oval Office thought that this was a good way to go after and undermine the incoming administration.
When White House Counsel, Dan McGhan, was approached about this, who were the people bringing this to his attention? DAG Sally Yates with Acting NSD AAG Mary McCord.
To provide some background, please be reminded that VP Pence had gone on CBS where he answered some questions about Flynn’s activities. Pence’s answers were somewhat adrift from what the Obama administration knew about Flynn’s conversations with Russian ambassador Sergei Kislyak.
How did they know this you might ask? Because they had the incoming NSA under surveillance. Even though they knew this, there probably would have been no need to go to the White House Counsel even though the contents of the surveillance had been leaked to the media. Obama could have brushed off any inquiries using plausible deniability and pointed to some unfortunate happening during the transition process.
There is little doubt that the leak was an intentional act. The idea was to undermine the incoming administration and make it difficult if not impossible to govern. The leak itself was enough to accomplish this.
So, why make a major deal out of this?

Some entity, we discover later was the FBI counterintelligence division, was monitoring Flynn’s calls. They transcribed a copy of the call between Flynn and Kislyak, and that became known as the “Flynn Cuts” as described within internal documents, and later statements.
After the Flynn/Kislyak conversation was leaked to the media, Obama asked ODNI Clapper how that call got leaked. Clapper went to the FBI on 1/4/17 and asked FBI Director James Comey. Comey gave Clapper a copy of the Flynn Cuts which Clapper then took back to the White House to explain to Obama.
Obama’s White House counsel went bananas, because Clapper had just walked directly into the Oval Office with proof the Obama administration was monitoring the incoming National Security Advisor. Obama’s plausible deniability of the surveillance was lost as soon as Clapper walked in with the written transcript.
That was the motive for the 1/20/17 Susan Rice memo about a 1/5/17 meeting, and the reason for Obama to emphasize “buy the book” three times.
The above email was written to deflect any potential blame from Obama.
Now Obama knew all about what was going on. There are numerous digital trails from before 1/4/17 that Obama was to be kept informed about all the corrupt activity that was taking place. As more than one wag has observed, this made Watergate look like a kindergarten activity.
This brings us back to the leaking of the Flynn Cuts. Who leaked those transcripts to the media? Who had his/her hand in so much of the activity that could properly be described as a coup? I will let you decide.

- McCord organized the CIA rule changes with Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson.
- McCord led and organized the impeachment effort, in the background, using the evidence she helped create.
- McCord joined the FISA Court to protect against DOJ IG Michael Horowitz newly gained NSD oversight and FISA review.
- McCord joined the J6 Committee helping to create all the lawfare angles they deployed.
- McCord then coordinated with DA Fani Willis in Georgia.
- McCord was working with Special Counsel Jack Smith to prosecute Trump.
- McCord is now coordinating outside Lawfare attacks against Donald Trump in term #2
- McCord also testified that AG Pam Bondi must recuse herself from investigating McCord.
- Joe Biden then pardoned Mary McCord.
Is McCord just a marching soldier? Or is she an indispensable lawfare field commander beholden to a higher level of Deep State and Uniparty authority?
Would investigating her every action, her every position of employment, her every task assignment between the spring of 2016 and summer of 2025 provide the common threads needed to form a credible criminal conspiracy case for presentation in a non-DC court venue?
