The hits keep coming. New leadership at any endeavor usually needs some time to develop the necessary trust to function appropriately. Many people have whined about the fact that Kash Patel and Dan Bongino did not produce much during the early months of this presidential term. It appears that their resolute pursuit of their mission, that being justice for all, is beginning to payoff.
Indictments are beginning to be made. Comey, Bolton and Letitia James are facing legal battles. It is possible that Bolton may spend the rest of his years in jail. It appears that superseding indictments may be coming for both Comey and James.
Last week the American public found out that Special Counsel Jack Smith and the Biden-era FBI collected the private phone records of eight Republican senators and one GOP House member as part of his investigation into the Capitol riot of Jan. 6, 2021.
The FBI’s Arctic Frost investigation also targeted dozens of GOP officials and organizations, according to documents released by Republican Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley in September.
That firestorm is beginning to move public opinion away from seeing these indictments as political in nature but rather as necessary to preserve the American way of life.
Now an even bigger firestorm may be brewing. It has been revealed by John Solomon that congressional investigators collected and analyzed 30 million lines of phone data. This data mapped contacts between conservatives and the Trump White House. This was done under the pretense of investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol breach.
All of this data was obtained without a warrant!
How did they around the need for a warrant? They used congressional subpoenas. Did law enforcement compile the data? Of course not. The data was compiled by staffers of the wildly partisan J6 committee.
John Solomon reports:
Mike Howell, the president of the conservative Oversight Project, told Just the News that “the January 6th Committee was an absolute violation of civil rights that far exceeded anything it ever purported to be investigating” and that “they abused their authority to engage in a political mapping exercise to surveil their political opponents.”
He added that “whoever turned this information over to the Committee is exposed here, and we will be exploring ways to hold them accountable.”
Ken Blackwell notes:
This is no longer about Trump.
It’s about you.
It’s about every conservative who ever texted, called, or stood up for their beliefs while a weaponized government quietly built dossiers behind closed doors.
The very Congress that lectures America about democracy and the rule of law decided those rules no longer applied to them.
They used subpoena power as a weapon, not to seek truth, but to spy on opponents.
They built a dragnet to trace political relationships like a criminal enterprise.
Our basic freedoms have been under attack by people who think they are above the law. They believe they are like the kings of old who were not accountable to anyone. These are the same people who are funding and encouraging the ridiculous “No Kings” protests.
One thing is certain. The people who are shouting the loudest about “saving democracy” are the ones who are working the hardest to end liberty and freedom in this country.
It is time for the American people to say “Enough!”
