On Tuesday, PDJT terminated all docs, executive orders, contracts signed the Biden’s autopen.  PDJT declared such to be “null and void.”

“Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen, which was approximately 92% of them, is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect. The Autopen is not allowed to be used if approval is not specifically given by the President of the United States,” President Trump said on Truth Social.

Newly released internal emails confirm Joe Biden did not review the thousands of pardons that were granted at the end of his presidency.  In fact, Biden was vacationing abroad when some of the pardons were signed.

The emails revealed that Biden’s staffers made decisions to sign the pardons with the autopen without directly hearing the orders from Joe Biden.

It was revealed that Joe Biden did not approve of each name for the pardons – AND after changes were made about the specific inmates, Biden did NOT sign off on the revised list. Rather, his aides just ran the final version through the autopen without Biden’s approval.

This scandal is highlighting the fact that the country was in the hands of unknown people who were using the levers of power without Joe Biden’s knowledge.  Just who benefitted from this abuse of Biden’s pardon power?

It is a curious situation.  How would Biden “prove” that he authorized any use of the autopen?  Would the appointment of judges to the federal courts be affected?  Would such appointments be valid without a wet signature?  Methinks Ketanji Brown would be losing her mind.
