The eruption of astroturfed outrage over the self-defense shooting by an ICE official is a redo of a familiar pattern. We have seen this before. Starting with Trayvon Martin, graduating to Michael Brown and Freddie Gray and George Floyd, the organizers of these “protests” are being paid. Their job is social disruption. This is all part of the communist playbook to take over this country.
There are always cells just waiting to be activated. Unfortunately for the Left and perhaps fortunately for the country, the weather is not conducive right now to get a lot of the brainwashed to venture out. Minus 20 degrees can do that.
There will be an attempt to canonize Renee Good just as they did with Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown and George Floyd. There is a need to make these people into martyrs. Once this is done, then they can be used to incite people against the government, the police, etc.
Martin was portrayed in the media as an angelic young boy. The picture that was displayed constantly was the one of him in his football uniform when he was 13 years old. This violated all norms of responsible journalism. This approach was designed to generate sympathy for Martin and to move the window of public opinion to pressure the authorities to charge Zimmerman. The fact that Martin was taller than George Zimmerman and well versed in MMA fighting was omitted from Big Media’s reporting.
Michael Brown was 6’3 and almost 300 pounds. In order to counter the potential menace that such a large person might present, the media needed to downplay that fact and so referred to him as the Gentle Giant. The fabricated “hands up, don’t shoot” narrative played into that script. The media ruined the life of Ferguson, Missouri, police officer Darren Wilson who might very well be deceased if he had not shot Michael Brown.
The beatification process for Renee Good is underway. The Washington Post published a 1500+ word piece on Friday extolling the virtues of this woman who apparently thought it was okay to run over an ICE agent. Terms like gifted, award winning, kind, nice, good mother are sprinkled throughout the piece.
At no point in the article do the authors address the fact that she was actively engaged in impeding an ongoing law enforcement activity or that Good accelerated while looking at the officer directly in front of her. That, of course, would diminish the halo they are trying to paint on Good’s head.

The Post article did not address the fact that this devoted mother somehow lost custody of her two oldest children. Both children, a 12-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl live with their father in Colorado which is where Renee grew up and married initially. Let’s be reminded that it is unusual for divorce courts to award custody of minor children to the father.
Then there is the death of Good’s second husband, Timmy Ray Macklin, Jr., an Air Force vet who suffered from PTSD and died in May 2023. Jack Cashill notes:
What they do not say is that Macklin, the father of Good’s third child, committed suicide. It appears that Good did not “weather” much of anything on Macklin’s behalf. The obituary of this “loving son, devoted brother, and nurturing father” does not so much as mention Good.
I wonder why that might be.
The astroturfed protests continue in Minneapolis and a few other deep blue cities in America. They are hoping that somehow this death that they helped to orchestrate will propel them back into power.
There is another question that needs to be asked. When will the parasites descend on Rebecca Good? Rebecca Good is the “wife” of the Renee Good. Video strongly suggests that Rebecca exhorted Renee to “Drive, baby, drive’ just before Renee drove her SUV into the ICE agent who shot and killed her.
What shyster lawyer, looking to make a big payday from this misfortune, will get their hooks into the surviving Good? A recent statement by Rebecca Good seems to indicate that this may already have happened. Let’s be reminded that a GoFundMe campaign has raised $1.5 million for the Goods.
Most people on the right knew within 12 hours of the shooting that Renee Good was an anti-ICE activist. In the days that followed, the truth of this seeped out despite the best attempts of the media to ignore this fact. If Renee Good is to be the martyr that the Left needs, this fact has to be suppressed.
In a recent statement Rebecca Good stated that they had “stopped to support our neighbors.” This is an outright fabrication since multiple witnesses and videos show that they had been harassing ICE for a while. Is Rebecca being advised by counsel about what to say for public consumption?
The more telling statement by Rebecca Good was “We had whistles. They had guns.” This is eerily similar to the statement made by Benjamin Crump about Trayvon Martin, “Trayvon has skittles. He has the gun.”
In the Trayvon Martin case, there was no video. Unfortunately for Team Good, whoever that might be, there is ample video evidence in this situation. And that video does not make Renee Good out to be a heroine. It will be interesting to see who might be advising Rebecca Good.
