I have mentioned before that it is beginning to look like that the “T” portion of LGBT is being transitioned away from the LGB portion. A recent lawsuit involving the transitioning of a minor has resulted in the first verdict of its kind in the country.
Benjamin Ryan tweeted, “1st Detransitioner to Take a Medical-Malpractice Lawsuit to Trial Wins $2 Million Judgment.
“Fox Varian sued her Westchester, NY, area psychologist and plastic surgeon for the gender-transition mastectomy she got at 16.”
An independent, he was one of only two reporters to cover the trial because the Westchester courthouse is 20 miles from Manhattan. Ryan attended the whole trial while the other reporter showed up for a few days. It would take a whole 45 minutes to drive there. Obviously the “journalists” in Manhattan would find such a trip outlandishly oppressive.
One has heard a lot about the fraud in Minnesota. In California they would say “Hold my beer.” Dr. Mehmut Oz, the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, has turned his attention to Los Angeles County and the massive amount of alleged medical fraud there.
According to FOX News, one LA doctor billed the government $120 million, claiming to oversee 1900 patients… in one year! 18% of THE ENTIRE COUNTRY’S home health care billing is coming out of Los Angeles County!
Dr. Oz explained how easy it would be to open a hospice in LA, you don’t even have to live there! Dr. Oz: “How is that possible? And take a look at this map, a cluster of 287 hospice providers, in a two-mile radius, some in strip malls, unmarked buildings, even a wrecking yard and vacant lot. All of it is just paperwork. I could fill that out in Kazakhstan if I want and get a hospice license waiting for me.”
Is it any wonder that there are anti-ICE riots going on in Los Angeles?
The Left are freaking out about Tulsi Gabbard being there in Georgia when the search warrants were executed in regards to the 2020 election fraud. Senator Mark Warner is apoplectic.
If Gabbard is on scene, it means that the FBI has found a foreign/counterintelligence nexus to the investigation into the 2020 election fraud in Georgia. Otherwise, they’d be reporting to Bondi and the DOJ.

To get a search warrant, a Federal Magistrate—one with no ties to Trump, and in fact a resume filled with Legal Aid and Public Defense—found probable cause that evidence of a crime existed in the narrow scope of what was being requested via search warrant. Considering how not-narrow of scope that warrant actually turned out to be, and Gabbard’s involvement, we can deduce several things.
First, that there is already a substantial case that some serious crime occurred and that this is not anywhere near the first evidence they’ve collected. Getting such a warrant from such a Magistrate would be essentially impossible otherwise; we can’t even get a similarly situated Magistrate to provide the pro forma signature on a Complaint related to Don Lemon committing several felonies on public video, with numerous admissions and confessions. Let’s not pretend here.
Second, that the foreign nexus has probably already been getting plugged away at with the foreign-oriented intelligence apparatus for some time. It is probable, I’d hazard a guess, that a FISA warrant or two have been employed.
If this is the case as Alexander states, just how screwed are some people in Georgia? It is my understanding that the FBI was carrying out potential evidence all day.
