Senator Padilla (D-CA) has decided to step into the fray on behalf of the Democrats who want to continue to engage in election fraud in order to stay in power. Padilla has come out and quoted some statistic that says that election fraud is minute amounting to less than 0.003%.

I have a few questions for the esteemed Senator from California. Do the statistics that he is using include the fact that it has recently been shown that Pennsylvania has over 100,000 illegal aliens registered to vote? Does it include that over 40% of them HAVE voted?
Do the statistics that Padilla is quoting include the fact that no checking is done to confirm that, in his home state of California, a person registering to vote is a resident? Does Padilla’s research uncover that no documentation whatsoever is required to register to vote in his home state? Nick Shirley exposed this recently when he questioned workers and they told them it is their job just to accept whatever form is handed to them. No checking is done.
What kind of issues have surfaced in California? The fact that few people have been convicted of fraud does not mean that fraud does not exist there.
If we look at the California Election Code, we find some very disturbing provisions. If a voter does not list a place of birth, the registration is still considered valid. No proof of accuracy as to citizenship or even residency is required.
Have there been any notable problems in California over the years?
In the 2020 election, there were almost 124,000 more votes… COUNTED… than voters RECORDED AS VOTING in that election. More than 7,700 voters had TWO votes credited to their voting histories. There were more than 1.8 million people registered to vote than there were eligible citizens.
How about 2022? There were 43,624 more votes and over 22,210 more voters than the numbers certified by the CA Secretary of State.
Pennsylvania and California are not the only states that have what appear to be major election fraud issues. Colorado has recently jumped to the forefront with an analysis done by Unite4Freedom. Part of their discovery is shown below.

A 15+% error rate is high, very high. And it notes that more than 600,000 people voted BEFORE they registered. Also more than 30,000 registrations were backdated for the 2024 Primary Election.
But Senator Padilla says our current laws work. I guess the question to him should be just exactly how are the current laws working and who is benefitting from what seems like a clear ability to commit fraud?
Of course, Padilla’s statement is not designed to be accurate. It is designed to deepen the political divides in the country. It is designed to convince the brainwashed and cognitively impaired that anyone who disagrees with the current setup for our elections is evil and a threat to democracy. It is designed to rile up the less informed to commit violence against those who would protect our country from the evils of socialism.
It is time for the Senate to pass the SAVE Act before our country descends into a civil war over the lack of integrity in our election system.
