With all of the news going on here in America, sometimes significant news from outside the country disappears into some media black hole. Such appears to be the case in the Russia-Ukraine war. Of course, this is really a war between the EU and Russia.
The Ukraine military, who are really the EU military in this conflict, has targeted a key oil pumping station in Russia that feeds into oil deliveries in eastern Europe. On the surface, this is an attack on Russian infrastructure. However, if you stand back and really look at the big picture, what you will notice from this attack is not the target in Russia, but the customers at the end of the pipeline in Europe, mainly Hungary and Slovakia.
Hungary and Slovakia have been steadfast in their desire to see the war end. Of course, this is at loggerheads with the so-called enlightened countries of the EU like Germany, France and England. Hungary and Slovakia have been adamant in their opposition vetoing various “aid” packages that would permit the money laundering to continue. So, it seems clear that the Europeans, who control the military operations in Ukraine, are now targeting countries that do not align with their lust for more bloodshed and money.
Let’s be reminded that in 2022 the war could have ended a couple of months after it started. However, the EU, in the form of Great Britain, convinced Zelenskyy that they would back him to the last Ukrainian. So, the peace process was scuttled then just as it is being scuttled now.
Putin says threats to energy pipelines sabotage peace process with Ukraine.
In his televised speech, the Russian president also accused Ukraine of threatening Russian energy pipelines with the help of Western intelligence agencies. He claimed these attacks were aimed to sabotage the peace process.
Putin also stressed it was vital for Russia to strengthen the defence of energy infrastructure and other strategic sectors. {source}
The idiocy of the EU is why Secretary of State Marco Rubio travelled to Hungary and Slovakia last week.
Essentially, now we see European leaders attacking their own European “allies” through the use of Ukraine. This is NATO attacking NATO. If you do not support the war, you are an enemy of the EU collective hive mind.
