PDJT often holds cabinet meetings that are open to the media. No President has been as transparent in how the country is run as Trump has been. The most recent one featured a report by Sean Duffy, Transportation Secretary, that exposed how Pete Buttigieg’s Department of Transportation let shady CDL schools run wild.
Duffy:
“In the last administration, Pete Buttigieg allowed CDL schools — commercial driver’s license schools — they could actually self-certify that they were compliant with federal law.
And it is absurd. Many of these schools had no curriculum, no trucks, no actual buildings to house the school. They were just CDL mills.
…
And with that, we have shut down thousands of those schools. We’re not allowing them to self-certify anymore. We’re demanding real training, real instruction, so that when someone gets a commercial driver’s license, they actually know how to drive a truck safely.”
Just how much taxpayer money was sent to these schools? Will we see prosecutions for fraud?
Duffy made it clear the days of rubber-stamping unqualified drivers are over. The administration has cracked down hard, shutting down thousands of these fraudulent operations that pumped out licenses to people who couldn’t safely handle an 18-wheeler.
There are drivers on the road who cannot speak or read English. Any qualified CDL instructor will tell you that there is no way to pass the written test without being able to read English. When these scam CDL mills are shut down, are those who received a CDL through them required to re-certify?
Duffy also zeroed in on the dangerous illegal alien truck drivers who never should have been behind the wheel in the first place. How many people have been killed by allowing this scam to go on under the OBiden administration?
It should be noted that this is not just about illegal alien drivers. It is about anyone who was handed a CDL without actually being trained to operate a big rig.
This is America First in action: real standards, real safety, and unqualified drivers — especially those here illegally — getting booted from our highways. Families on the road deserve better than Buttigieg’s reckless experiment.
