One of the things that many MAGA people have been waiting for are indictments against the lawlessness that has existed in this country for the last two decades. While there have been a significant number of indictments and convictions for fraud in some places, these have deliberately been kept off the front page by Big Media. MAGA has been waiting and waiting and waiting for something meaty on the justice front.
The indictment handed down on Tuesday will be far more difficult to hide.
The DOJ handed down an 11-count indictment of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) For wire fraud, money laundering and false statements [Indictment Here]. This confirms long-held suspicions that Democrat-aligned activist groups have been financing racism, hate mobs and political violence.
To some of us this may seem to be a bit late. It has been common knowledge among those paying attention that financing of violent protests was taking place. There were those in Minnesota who freely admitted that this was their job of the day to harass and attempt to intimidate ICE from doing their job.
In this particular case, the SPLC will be the center of attention for some time to come.

The SPLC is a leftist/progressive activist organization who bills itself as anti-racism, yet this same SPLC organization was using cut outs to fund the Ku Klux Klan, the United Klans of America, Unite the Right, National Alliance, National Socialist Movement, Aryan Nations affiliated, Sadistic Souls Motorcycle Club, National Socialist Party of America (American Nazi Party) and American Front.
In essence, Democrats funding extremist groups, just so they can label them as right-wing.
Let’s look a little closer at the SPLC. The SPLC is a non-profit organization headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama, whose mission, according to its website during the relevant time period, was to be a “catalyst for racial justice in the South and beyond, working in partnership with communities to dismantle white supremacy, strengthen intersectional movements, and advance the human rights of all people.”
So, they are supposed to be dismantling white supremacy. Yet they are funding the groups that they are claiming to be white supremacists. A nice racket if you can get away with it. And apparently, they did for a long time.

Between 2014 and 2023, the SPLC secretly funneled more than $3 million in donated funds to individuals who were associated with various violent extremist groups including:
- Ku Klux Klan
- United Klans of America
- Unite the Right
- National Alliance
- National Socialist Movement
- Aryan Nations affiliated Sadistic Souls Motorcycle Club
- National Socialist Party of America (American Nazi Party)
- American Front
According to the indictment, the objective of the scheme and artifice was to obtain money via donations through materially false representations and omissions about what the donated funds would be used for.
In order to covertly pay the individuals, the SPLC opened bank accounts connected to a series of fictitious entities. The covert nature of the accounts allowed the SPLC to disguise the true nature, source, ownership, and control of the fraudulently obtained donated money the SPLC paid the individuals. In order to keep the scheme going, the SPLC made a series of false statements related to the operation of the accounts.
So the tax man (IRS) had a hand in this takedown. Smells of something like how Al Capone was caught.
Let’s look at this from the 30,000 foot level. The SPLC (and I suspect many more groups) are using money laundering and wire fraud to sow division within the country by funding groups that probably could not exist without that funding. This approach was used to manipulate the American psyche into believing the BS about domestic terrorism being the biggest threat to America. Kind of puts a different light on all those FBI, DOJ and IC “reports” identifying right wing extremism as a bigger threat than radical Islamic terrorism.
The Democrats fuel chaos by financing organizations they label as fascist or racist. The Democrats sow division within the country so that they can remain in power since their communist ideas about the economy do not resonate with most people.
Let’s be reminded that Joe Biden ran for President in 2020 because of the “white supremacy” riot in Charlottesville. Biden also gave the ADL and the SPLC $300 million to fight antisemitism. I wonder how much was sent to these very groups to prove that this was a needed effort.
Hopefully this is the beginning of a series of indictments that will show how the Democrats were trying to divide the country so that they could remain in power. It is amazing how quickly things are starting to move now that Pam Bondi is out of the way.
