And The Count Goes On

The ballot count in California’s primary continues as the Democrats harvest ballots in an attempt to close out any opposition.  Late arriving ballots always inflate Democratic totals at the expense of Republican candidates.  Counting will continue until key Republicans no longer sit in the first two finishing spots.  Then counting will end.

How did California get so messed up?  It all starts with a primary system known as a jungle primary.  All candidates regardless of party affiliation are on the same primary ballot.  Only the top two finishers advance to the general election.

Advocates claim two-round systems will elect more moderate candidates, as members of a minority party could vote for a more moderate candidate from the majority party.  However, empirical research on the system has found no effect on candidate moderation or turnout among independent voters.

The jungle primary system was just the beginning of disenfranchising American voters.  More than ten years ago, California passed a law allowing illegal aliens to obtain a driver’s license.  The Motor Voter process in California then connected the driver license application with the election system under the Department of State in California.  It now automatically registers that person to vote regardless of whether the applicant for a license is a citizen or not.

How was this accomplished?  Aren’t there guardrails to prevent this?

The original law that was passed in 2015 required an “AB60” code to be attached to the license data for illegal aliens.  This appeared on the license as “Federal Limits Apply.”

In 2017, after Trump won the presidency in 2016, California hired Eric Holder, the former Attorney General, to advise on election changes created by linking the DMV database to the Secretary of State database for elections.

The first change was to neutralize the checkbox that indicated that the person was a citizen.  If left blank, the person was registered as an illegal alien.  The tech team that wrote the code to link the DMV and SOS were given specific instructions.  If the checkbox is left blank, the computer system accepts the application from the DMV as affirmative for citizenship. The DL applicant data is transferred to the SoS office, and the applicant is registered to vote.

Additionally, from a top-level IT source, programmers were instructed to immediately remove AB60 administrative coding.  The removed code in question is an administrative function for identifying the registered DL holder as an “undocumented person” or illegal alien holder within the DMV database.  Why do this?

Let’s be reminded that this was early 2017.  The Trump administration had said they would launch a voter fraud investigation.  It certainly seems reasonable to conclude that a significant effort was underway to hide evidence of illegal voting and to make it extremely difficult to investigate.  California’s DMV has never offered an explanation why AB60 was removed from their Driver License system.

Those illegal registrations form the core of the voter fraud in California and were first used in the November 2018 midterm election as the beta test.

Not a single person in Sacramento politics doesn’t know this. They are all aware.

The fraud is impossible to prosecute. The fraud is built into the system.

In 2020 they escalated the cheating.  To “protect the public” during the Covid scam, California decided to mail out ballots to every registered voter.  This directly impacts ballot harvesting.

What is ballot harvesting?  Generally, in the places where it’s permitted, ballot harvesting follows this process:

  • A voter completes their mail or absentee ballot. They fill it out, sign it, and seal it according to state instructions.
  • A person or organization collects the ballot. Depending on the state, this could be almost anyone, campaign volunteer, family member, community organizer, etc.
  • The collector returns the ballot to an authorized location. They must submit it to an election office, drop box, or collection site within the required timeframe.

Some states do not allow for ballot harvesting at all.  A very few states allow for broad third-party collection of ballots.  Most don’t because of the obvious potential for fraud.  California is one such state that does allow such collection as is Colorado and Illinois.

This is voting fraud on steroids.  There are millions of ballots floating around the state.  Collect them whatever way you can and submit the ones that help you stay in power.  Ridiculous.

Ballot harvesting needs to be made illegal throughout the country.  All ballots need to be cast no later than Election Day.  Ballots received after Election Day need to be discarded.  Election month needs to end.  Let all ballots be cast on Election Day.  If someone has a legitimate reason for an absentee ballot, those ballots need to be obtained by the person who needs it and submitted by the same person no later than Election Day.
