The deceased Renee Good and her wife were a part of this effort. if the media is to be believed is that Renee was trained to be a so-called warrior against ICE. Trained in tactics such as using her vehicle to barricade and assault.

What was the nature of this training? Were they schooled in the legalities involved in “protesting” ICE activities? Were they told that if, perchance, they got arrested they would be released forthwith with no serious repercussions? ...

One of those things that I run into now and again is complaints about this administration in the form of why are no big time Democrats in jail? Why haven’t more illegal aliens been deported out of the country? How come the war in Ukraine is still going on? Etc.

Now if Trump was the autocratic ruler that the Left claims that he is, those questions might be meaningful. Obviously that is not the case. The Democrats are out of power and simply cannot believe that, despite all of their election rigging, they are still out of power. On Friday’s broadcast of CNN’s “The Arena,” House Minority Leader Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) blamed Republicans for the Schumer shutdown. Jeffries said the Republicans are “asking Democrats to support a partisan Republican spending bill that continues to gut the health care of the American people.”

There is no spending bill being debated. This is a continuing resolution to fund the government. There are no poison pills attached. Of course, the Democrats would like to add a few poison pills.

There is no gutting of health care for the American people. That took place many years ago when Pelosi said we had to pass a bill (Obamacare) to find out what was in it. Since then, health care costs have skyrocketed while health care outcomes have gotten worse.
