The patently unconstitutional judgement against PDJT for 464 millions of dollars has finally seen some sanity in New York courts.  An appeals court in New York, recognizing the likelihood that Trump will prevail on appeal, lowered the bond requirement to $175 million so that an appeal can be filed.

Bidenomics also known as Obamanomics, at work.  Homebuyers need to earn 80% more than in 2020 to afford a house in this market. It’s not just due to high mortgage rates. Factors beyond high mortgage rates are affecting housing affordability for many Americans, according to experts.

Almost four years ago, a household earning $59,000 annually could afford a new mortgage without spending more than 30% of their monthly income and with a 10% down payment, according to a recent report by Zillow Group. That is no longer the case today.

Some people may be aware that the House recently passed, with bipartisan support, HR7521 which would ban TikTok in America because “of Chinese influence.”  The hysteria that has been generated in this country over this app is unreal.  This bill represents the most far-reaching attempt at censorship in the history of America.  This attempt to ban TikTok is just another step toward ending freedom of speech in this country.
