On Monday, December 19^th, a federal appeals court ruled that the Biden regime cannot enforce COVID-19 vaccine mandate for federal contractors. Such a mandate could have affected as many as 20% of American workers.

Joe Biden’s executive order on contractor vaccinations from September 2021 and was challenged in court by the states of Louisiana, Indiana, and Mississippi.
